We had such a fun time together as a family and we cannot wait to come back again! Dana who was working was super nice, extremely kind, and patient with our young son! It's like the rented the whole place for themselves to be as wild as they wanted with no courtesy for others - except for the fact that they didn't. I'm not a party pooper. I'm not a buzz kill. I'm totally glad we get back to real life and some def fun- for everyone! So let's still be polite. Let's still be aware of our surroundings. Let's respect the others in the room ! What about indoor voices ? What about "read the room"? Oh no , you couldn't do that because you were all acting like you were at a park ! The job was done within a couple of days (I think I got lucky) and the price was fair. This was for a special birthday and it's all we wanted to do. Needless to say, we never got a call back, so we were not able to fulfill the birthday wish. The birthday girl and I am severely disappointed, sad and now angry. This is not the experience we wanted or expected. We were in the store six months ago and everyone was falling all over themselves to set up a private class. This isn't how you run a business, it's not how you treat customers, and it's certainly not how you stay in business. The business owner, Cindy, saw my review and said they do not have the staff to offer private classes. Then continued to say to check the website for a form that has info on private events. So which is it? Either you do or you don't. It doesn't matter because they've lost our business and we are now spreading the word to avoid this place because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. We did get two call backs by the way, one guy told us we needed to talk to Priscilla (who never called us back or would come to the phone) and the other said she taught those classes but wouldn't be available the day we wanted.

The owner came into the class several times to check on us and see how our projects were coming.
