They've been churning out ice cream (pun intended) for almost 50 years. Today was my first time going inside the shop. In past times, I had ordered at the window. The inside is small but packs in a lot! Candy and other treats line the walls, a beautiful display of fudge and hand dipped chocolate goodies right in front of you. The young ladies at the counter were very nice, and accommodated my request for their favorite. For this shop, I was told the cookie butter flavor was everyone's current #1. I also got some apple flavored crocodile gummies and I was on my way. The cookie butter surprised me. I expected it to be very sweet, but instead the ice cream had some lovely deep caramel notes from the cookie butter and the big chunks of speculoos cookies were soft and easy to eat without being overwhelmed by sugar. Once again another great trip to the Ice Cream Machine and a reminder to not wait so long before I visit again.

Lots of toppings and sauces to choose from as well. Staff is friendly and service is pretty quick. It does get quite busy here at times, and the parking lot is tiny, which means you might have to go across the street to park. While that's not a big deal for most people, being handicapped, it's a big downside for me, especially since you'd need to cross a very high-traffic street. This is why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. They do have an inside area where you can order as well, but you cannot sit/dine inside. There are a few picnic tables outside that you can use, but they also fill up quickly. Inside, you can also buy things like ice cream cakes, fudge, candy and other treats. It's a little bit of a trek for me, but I will definitely be swinging by anytime. I am in the area. Definitely worth checking out!

I was in heaven the moment I saw my favorite ice cream flavors in one on the menu: peanut butter caramel cookie dough. Call me controversial but I was also so grateful it didn't have chocolate chips. The ice cream was very smooth and creamy, with each flavor popping up at different moments. There are a couple of tables to choose from under a covering, but since I was in a rush, I chose to stand and watch the animals. They have a little gumball machine filled with animal food and a sink to wash your hands after. It's a very cute and semi-isolated place. The staff member was friendly and portions are good.

It was another blistering hot day when I pulled into the parking lot. A cute white building with a big ole tent in front for shading waiting guests. Already a good sign! The young lady at the counter was quite pleasant, although when I mentioned I wanted to try *her* favorite, I almost laughed as she hesitated before saying, "it's cotton candy, is that okay?" because little did she know I happen to LOVE cotton candy ice cream. Genuinely a sweet young lady. I got my colorful cone, snapped a few photos and jumped into my car to eat in the AC. The ice cream was very good. Very creamy, wonderful cotton candy flavor but didn't over do it in the sugar department. Sometimes cotton candy ice cream can be too sweet with the sugar on sugar combo, so I appreciate that Simcock Farms knows how to balance it. I'm bummed that it took me this long to find this place, but consider this the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

The quantity served here is great - we all ordered smalls, and they were plenty big enough for us. Loved that I could get two different flavors in a small - Canoli and Cookie Dough were both delicious! Trackers also sells candy, fudge, and their own merchandise in their very cute country store setting. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is great for all ages. They also have a selection of ice cream cakes for special occasions. Pricing is just what you would expect. Parking is plentiful. Can't wait to go back again and again this summer!
