Service was great, since before me was a mother and two kids bouncing around while placing orders and he was quick to make the drinks, plus for me when I asked about apple kiwi drink if more apple forward taste or kiwi he give his honest opinion so I was able to settle on strawberry lemon tea. Plus when I asked for only 15% sugar he said might be hard to keep drink at low on sugar but he try. I appreciate that since sometimes having a specific order earns you a sign, but the drink itself came out perfect sweet, but not overly sickly sweet. No clue why it took me this long to visit Amanda's Macaroon Shoppe but I'm glad I finally did! I've been to Eastdale plenty of times but I guess it was just the wrong time for a fresh macaron. Well, I finally came at the right time this time hehe. We were too full after grabbing dinner nearby to order a large dessert so we figured a nice and light macaron would be the way to go, and it was! We ordered three flavors and I absolutely loved the cotton candy (first of all because it's already fun and who doesn't love cotton candy and all the fun colors) and then, I ordered (surprisingly) the habanero one. Yes, they had a habanero macaron (and other times have done their pickle one too which I missed ofc). I was absolutely shocked, surprised and loved it! What a way to surprise myself and my palate. So glad I finally got to try these delicious, light, and guilt free macarons! Be sure to check them out if you're in Eastdale.

The fired artichoke hearts were the standout. Perfectly breaded and fried, they were spectacular without the dipping sauce! Don't get me wrong the sauce was great and added layers of taste but you didn't need it to make the dish better. The street Corn Salad was generous but it a salad.
