The other reason I'm giving this place one less star is the color selection. The polish section was a little messy, and when I asked for the nail color book, they didn't have one. The end result of my pedicure wasn't bad, though, and I still left satisfied.

The facility is also following all protocols during sensitive matter of COVID which was very satisfying to see as well. I also appreciated the price menu they have on the wall. I paid 25 for regular pedicure and 3 for the cut down 28 is reasonable, hopefully when I am around the area sometime I can try another type of pedicure they offer. Thankyou again Lee and keep up the great professionalism, it's well appreciated!!!

Disappointed! That sounded awesome and worth the extra money. Particularly the 10 minute massage! BUT...I didn't get a foot or let massage at all--just exfoliant rubbed on me for a total of maybe 3 minutes? And a little lotion at the end. It was really odd and I was so bummed. I've gotten more of a massage at other nail salons during their basic, less expensive pedicures. It seemed like that would be a dedicated part of the pedicure, but nope not so. The "hot towel treatment" was literally just my legs being wiped down quickly with a warm towel lol. I've had a lot of pedicures and, unfortunately, this one just left me walking away feeling disappointed. I will say that the plus side of this was that my feet do feel more ready for summer, but I could've gotten that with just the $45 version. Or at another salon with a lot more treatments. This was not worth the extra money at all for their $60 "spa" one. And I'm really glad I didn't bother trying to get their $75 one! It's a bummer because I really wanted to love this place! It's cute inside and the woman who did my nails was nice. It just felt like a pretty unjustifiable rip off to pay $15 extra for all these things and only get jelly water (I think the crystals were in there) and some exfoliant (the latter I also get with standard pedicures elsewhere, it's far from "high end" as stated). If they wanted to charge $60 for just those things, that's totally their prerogative! But then please don't advertise more treatments taking place when they're not. I still tipped 25% but in hindsight I feel a little silly having done so. Ah well.

There were two ladies waiting when I walked in, but since I was getting my eyebrows done, I usually get them done within 10 minutes of coming in (getting a mani/pedi takes significantly longer). I had to take my sibling to the train station in 30 minutes, thinking that would be plenty of time to get my eyebrows done. So, I waited that amount. After that time passed, still not being acknowledged, I left. After an hour, I came back in hopes of getting my eyebrows done. This time one of the workers took my into the room and waxed my eyebrows in minutes. FINALLY! .... until.... i actually looked at my eyebrows... First of all: they weren't even shaped Second of all: they look more uneven then before they were waxed Third: She took of a huge chunk in the front of my eyebrow Now when I fill them in, it is extremely visible that they are naturally uneven. I have always been self conscious about my eyebrows (because they are very light) and this truly ruined a part of self esteem. The photo below shows my eyebrow filled in. It shows how much hair was removed. Mind you, she only did this to ONE of the eyebrows.

I work right across the stress from this establishment in the business plaza where the doctors offices are held. He suggested this place and I figured since it was across the street why not give it a shot. I go in there and the first thing I say is "do you think you can see me now? Sep 27, 2025: Rating 5 stars Today I came to get a pedicure which long overdue. Since it's my birthday I decided to go all out and get the Gold Mystique Spa Pedicure ( Definitely highly recommend this package! ) and gold chrome polish as the cherry on top! First of all, my nail tech, Eric, was *****AWESOME****!!!!!! He gave me the BEST 20 minute foot and leg massage. Strong and firm hands are what I prefer for rub downs, and he delivered! The execution of the pedicure and polish job was top notch as I always expect and receive at this salon. ----------- June or July 2025: Rating 3 stars For today's services I brought hubby with me for a couples pedicure session and last minute I opted for eyebrow waxing. Pedicure: Mint $40 + I have to give a special shout-out to Amy! Her attention to detail is amazing. She did my pedicure weeks ago, and I was genuinely surprised when she remembered me on my return visit - despite me having completely forgotten hers! That kind of personal recognition truly sets her apart. And, as always, the pedicure itself was expertly done. Though my eyebrows turned out alright, the service was subpar. The older gentleman who performed the waxing had a very gruff demeanor from the start. He entered the room and simply told me to lie down, neglecting to pull down a clean sheet of tissue paper for the headrest - it was visibly crumpled from a prior use. Worse, I detected a strong cigarette odor when he began applying the wax. After I mentioned it, he offered a half-hearted "sorry" but made no effort to wash his hands before continuing. I felt entirely disregarded and his lack of professionalism was very off-putting. I will certainly make sure to avoid him for any future services.

I sent the photo of the manicure I wanted to the nail tech about six hours before the appointment…read moreso that she could not only let me know if she can do it but also pull the colors needed and schedule enough time. I am attaching a photo of what I asked for and what I ended up getting. I feel that the photo I asked for was very elegant, and I feel that the result of what I got looked like a toddler did it. I've been here a number of times and have been fairly satisfied with the results although the technician that does my nails frequently catches an attitude, especially if you ask her to adjust something. She had said in the past that she's the professional and doesn't want anyone telling her how to do her job. She doesn't take feedback well at all. She had criticisms about the way that I was positioning my chair which was to turn it sideways each time She was doing one of my hands so that I could sit in a position that didn't hurt my back- not a big deal In my opinion. I wasn't switching back-and-forth between each nail. I was positioning myself when she was doing the beginning of the manicure, which was the cleaning and filing of each hand. When it got time to do the designs, I asked her if she can do the black design the way that it was in the photo which is to say the black French tips- some of them are curved, and some of them were pointed, and she did all of them pointed and very thin. This was after sitting in the chair for over two hours- she went to wipe all of the design off and I asked her not to do that. She said she didn't have time to do my designs and that I would have to leave with my nails plain. I told her that my time is valuable as well, and I had already sat there for two hours while she worked on a design that she obviously did not know how to do and from the looks of it did not make a very valiant effort. She said she can't copy the design 100%. I said I'm not asking for 100%. I'm just asking for the black French part to be a larger part of the nail as it is in the picture. I had to literally stop her from wiping everything off, and then she redid the tips which looked better than they did originally but still awful. The end of the manicure was tense. I did not appreciate that she did not respect my time and had me sitting there for over two hours and her resolution to it was to send me off with something that I did not ask for which was a plain manicure. I cut my losses and let her finish. She charged me $85 for this manicure which in my opinion she clearly overcharged. I will absolutely not be going back again. She is stressful to work with has an attitude and talks poorly about other people that have worked there. I don't mind paying extra for quality service, but this, like many nail salons, does not pass the vibe check after the first few appointments. If a person cannot do a design, then they should just say so not be annoyed with the customer because they have to do extra work. Charge me extra money if it's extra work, but I think it's reasonable to get what you're asking for when you go to get your nails done which is essentially a luxury service. The manicures I request are very intricate and I understand that but as a nail technician that is literally your job. If you can't do it, just say that you can't do it, but don't have someone sitting in your chair for over two hours only to attempt to send them home. I don't appreciate attitude and I don't appreciate my time being wasted. I also don't appreciate subpar results. I will continue looking for a better nail salon, where there is no attitude. Wish me luck! Signed, A well-paying customer.
