    Fusilli Pesto Stracciatella
    Elizabeth H.

The Fusilli Pesto Stracciatella was very good and generous! It's fresh with delicious pesto sauce, basil, and some pine nuts, topped with Stracciatella and parmigiano. Big enough to satisfy one's belly! The place is tiny and cute situated by the curbside. Just opposite the cafe is a small gelato cafe serving coffee drinks and pastries. And there's a place to smoke cigars in the middle between Cozy 1 Cafe and gelato cafe. It feels almost like a tiny town with a friendly service.

Absolutely loved the vibes here! Walked about 20 min from Las Brisa's side to get her with my Mom and Aunt. Owner Marc was welcoming and accommodating. Very kind customer oriented . For a small cute cafe lots of variety to eat. Food is clean tasty and fresh. I loved the homemade style soup. We even took an order to go of the raised beef. Yum. Def coming back I love the music and ambiance it's perfect for any occasion . Thank you we will be returning.

The owners waved to friends passing on the sidewalk, served us extra bread, and were overall so warm.

Best Pizza I've Ever Had!…read more Service was quick and employees were friendly! This spot is a bit on the pricer side (it's Laguna Beach after all) but they have great selection of specialty pizzas! I decided to customize my own. There's limited seating inside and i waited at least 10 minutes for my pizza to be served. I can't describe how delicious it was! I recommend you coming and giving this place a try!!

I ordered it without the pickles, and it was absolutely delicious. I also got a plain cheese pizza for my three little ones (ages 8, 6, and 2), and it was more than enough for them to share. Parking in the area can be a bit busy on weekends...I was there on a Sunday, so unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to go in and instead found a 20 minute metered spot. Luckily, my pizzas were ready in about 10 minutes. In fact, by the time I walked in, the guy was already packing them up. The pizzas are a great size for sharing. My husband and I shared the chicken meatball one and still had a couple of slices left. Same for the kids with the cheese pizza...they had some leftovers too. Customer service was spectacular. I wish I had caught the name of the guy who helped me since he was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back!

We initially wanted to go to another place, but the line was too long and we didn't feel like waiting. We walked a few doors down and found this spot. When we ordered our drinks, I immediately noticed that the two bartenders looked agitated for whatever reason. It was as if they both didn't want to be there. No smiles, just angry faces, like they didn't want to be there. I read the other reviews and totally agree with the ones that mentioned the same thing. We still stayed for a while longer and ordered a few drinks. At one point, my guy and I were standing and talking at the bar, practically chest to chest, because it was a little crowded. This blonde guy who apparently was supposed to be a bouncer came right in between us to put away a glass at the bar. I thought it was rude and unusual of him to do that when there was actually room behind my guy or me for him to do that. Yeah, I won't be coming here again and don't recommend. Three are plenty of much better bars in Laguna Beach where the staff are friendly and the vibe is awesome.

The owner served us initially, and he was really friendly and funny. We ordered a bottle of wine, and some cocktails. We put in some salads and an appetizer, they were really really good. But after that, our server (the owner we were told) left, and another server introduced himself. The new server was inattentive. He sat chatting with the other servers at the bar, leaving empty glasses and empty plates on the table. We had to flag him to come back to fill water. Having been myself in the service industry for years, my biggest pet peeve is when servers sit and chat where you can see them, and when they do come, they don't do a sweep and take care of things on the table. We had to put our empty glasses and trash on a side table. It was weird. The bolognese had hardly any meat in it. It was mostly tomato and onion. I've been to Argentina. Meat is a staple. Also weird. We ordered dessert and after waiting for 5-10 minutes, the server came back and told us they were missing crucial ingredients to make it. The owner came back at the end and was really gracious, but all in all, I think the execution was lacking. The service was not great. The food was 3.5/5 I love to support small business, perhaps we will try again another night.

I liked it a lot, especially the tech house, I think all of the DJs that come here do tech house only. The only thing I didn't like was the people who make their way into the audience but then they just stand there and don't dance. If you are going to push your way towards the front and disrupt everyone's flow and rhythm just to stand there and take up space, that's very annoying. The escargot a favorite of ours. Re-used shells ok whatever but at least put a bigger piece of meat in there. The shells were filled with oil and some greens but the meat of the "escargot " was a little bit bigger than a pea! The fresh bread was great. Salad Endive - ehh chunks of ham??? Couldn't parent it better or just cheap meat? Steak was very tough. I had to spit a part out bc of the sinew. Then the frozen garlic butter hockey puck!! How do you expect people to put this or use this when it's frozen solid? The meat isn't hot enough to melt it. Overall you need to do better. Won't be coming back anytime soon unfortunately!
