Fantastic burrito and coffee. Groovy little spot with fun souvenirs, rocks, and local vibe. Highly recommend.

I grabbed food to go from the restaurant and ate half of it while enjoying some incredible live acoustic music from a wonderful musician named Dave Mensch. The bar was nothing but good energy, from the bartender to the fellow patrons, everyone was quite chill and really vibing to the music. I ordered the brisket and turkey platter, which came with corn bread and 2 sides. I chose mac n cheese and sweet potato fries. If I wasn't watching the show, I would have scarfed it all down in 5 minutes it was that good. Luckily for me, I'll have having half of it for leftovers tomorrow for lunch (breakfast actually). Really cool place, I'm happy and lucky that I walked in!

Our server was training another at the time which was concerning. The big disappointment was the food, we had chosen to have bbq that night and among all the options we chose the Blu Pig based on the menu. We had two orders of rare prime rib (on a Sunday) and a brisket sandwich. The prime rib was not flavorful and not tender, one in our party thought it had been cooked the day before? It's offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The brisket required lots of sauce and didn't really have a hero flavor. The sides were mixed, corn muffins, baked potato and salad all good. The Mac and cheese was very bad, creamy but no real flavor. The gumbo wasn't good, it contained beef and no ocra. The only other complaint is that the only Chardonnay offer is box wine! I am sure MOAB has better BBQ. All of our other meals in town were great!

It is a large restaurant on one side a bar and on the other lots of tables for all sized groups. The bacon burger is what you want to order as it is large and tasty! My table mate loved it with the fries! The beer cheese soup is made in house and I had high expectations. But I would only rate it a 2 out of 5. Pizza was a great deal as it was the daily special for only 12$ with one topping and comes with honey. Pretty neat as I had never heard of dipping the thick crust in honey but it was delicious. The place is pretty cool vibe and you can tell they have a lot of regulars! Our waitress spent a ton of time talking to people that have turned into friends that frequently visit and sadly ignored our table most of the evening. It felt like all we did was wait. Drinks were served, then we waited 20 minutes for the waitress to return to take our order. Our food delivered to the table super fast which was unexpected. Then we enjoyed our meal and waited another 20+ minutes for the check. It was ridiculously slow and the restaurant was not crowded. So if you have a lot of time and don't mind chilling for over an hour and a half for a meal, this is the spot!

They accommodated my dairy allergy without making it feel inconvenient, and the food was delicious. Our server, Sean, answered my questions without hesitation and was the right level of attentive through our meal. He made the experience that much better. The house fries are seasoned enough to give them a wonderful flavor. I got the Banh Mi sandwich, which was a new dish for me and it was really good. Fresh, filling, and really nice. Our daughters got the chicken tenders and mac and cheese kids meals - both were awesome. My husband got the Bob Burger and loved it. The decor is bike themed. The lighting is bright enough but not too bright. The seating is nice, too. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Moab.

I built my own burger with chicken, Swiss cheese, pineapple, jalapeños, blue cheese, and their Listen BBQ sauce (yes, I went all in ), and it hit the mark. So flavorful with the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. My husband had the mushroom burger and loved it, definitely a great pick if you want something more classic. I tried the jalapeño margarita, and while it wasn't my favorite (a little more lime-forward than I usually like), that's just personal taste, not a deal breaker at all. The food, the service, and the overall vibe were all on point. We'd absolutely come back, next time I might just switch up.

And it's not on the main drag, which is kind of charming-you'll find it a couple blocks away in a more residential area. Grab a free cup and fill it with water at the water station next to the window and hang tight. It's worth the wait. I opted for tots instead of fries and thoroughly loved them. There were more than I could finish (and I can eat a lot!), so perhaps share an order with someone if you're not terribly hungry. The burgers are also fantastic.

These new owners are losing return customers left & right & everyone at the table, strangers & friends, agreed this is tragic. The coffee shop across the way is awesome & I hope the degradation at Milts doesn't hurt them, too. Go get an exemplary coffee there if you're jonesing for quality taste.

The weather was still lovely, and the atmosphere felt special. At first glance, the restaurant doesn't look that big, but it's actually quite deceiving. Once inside, there are multiple rooms and cozy spaces with tables spread throughout, giving it a much larger and more inviting feel than you'd expect from the outside. For drinks, my husband ordered a beer but was a little disappointed that they don't serve any on tap. I tried the Summer Sunset cocktail (Tanqueray Gin, mint, and lemonade), which was light and refreshing, and later enjoyed a dirty martini with dinner. We started with the escargot appetizer. The flavor was good, but the mushroom and sauce overpowered the actual escargot a bit. For entrées, I had the special--Atlantic salmon stuffed with king crab, served with asparagus, rice, a side salad (highly recommend the blue cheese or honey poppyseed dressing), and homemade bread. It was fantastic, even though I'm fairly sure the "king crab" was frozen since it likely came from Alaska. Regardless, it was delicious. My husband had the seared tuna in an amaretto mushroom sauce, which he thought was decent but a bit too sweet for his taste. Luna was able to rest with us while we ate, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The service was excellent and really added to the experience. Dinner wasn't cheap--about $150 before tip--but overall, the quality, service, and atmosphere made it worth it.
