Recently I broke my leg but had to go to get somethings at Walmart…read more As I hobbled in from the parking lot to get a drivable cart (no handicap spots available I might add) there were none to be had. The "greeter" said to try the other end of the store"...yah right....did she notice I could hardly walk? I left, such POOR customer service. Went back several times later, again with bad leg, no drivable carts, no available HC parking. It's my feeling that in this community of elderly and handicap people that they need more the 6-10 handicap parking spots and many more drivable carts. OR, police the use better. I'm always seeing those NOT handicapped getting out of cars parked in spots reserved for HC. Also see younger people riding thru the store on the drivables and/or the carts being left in parking lot for extended times. Do the community a favor Walmart and get your act together and help us handicapped people out more. Better customer service would be nice too.

This is often one of our first stops when hitting town to get some basic food items. I have no complaints as far as the availability of items go. But that's mostly because I don't look for anything too out of the norm. Staff is there. But I have very little interaction with them. They're certainly not walking around work smiles looking to help. But meh it's Walmart. All in all I'm glad to have it to get what I need.

I have been a customer at this CVS pharmacy for at least 6 years I always verify ahead of time when…read moremy prescription can be filled since it is for a specific medication I was told that it could be filled on Friday May 8th so when I called to fill it I get a call back and the young woman that called me back said no it couldn't be filled until the 9th the more I thought about it the more I knew it was today on the 8th so I called back and spoke with another pharmacist tech and he informed me that I was correct that it was today that it could be filled and that he would have it ready by 10:00 in the morning and then that same girl calls me back and tells me that she can't feel it for another 7 days that I should have a supply on hand since it's been filled early a couple of times I told her no I don't have any on hand she called me a liar and said that as the pharmacist she knows that I have a supply on hand and when I told her no she was incorrect she again called me a liar and insisted that I have a 7-Day supply on hand and then she proceeded to tell me that she would fill it in 7 days so I called the corporate office where one lady I spoke with told me that yes I was correct but instead of it being filled today it should have been filled yesterday so she connected me with the department that handles when the pharmacist refuses to fill your prescription and they give me the runaround also trying to cover each other's asses I have been a customer there and normally I have excellent excellent customer service there is one pharmacist there a young lady that is absolutely awesome and a gentleman that is awesome too and unfortunately I cannot remember their names but after today I will be remembering them because I will not deal with anybody but them so it looks like I can't get my much-needed medication for seven more days and I am an elderly woman on disability which I need my medication for my disability so it didn't matter that I've been a customer of CVS's for over 5 years and that the same person that's telling me it can't be filled for another 7 Days told me tomorrow that doesn't matter because she has taken it upon herself to decide when my prescription can be filled so if you're dealing with CVS pharmacy at this address make sure that you have a supply on hand and that you document everything time date and who you spoke with and if I could give them a negative star I would

It's the joys of life to make others smile…read more Let's walk the adventure of life. Truly it's a solo trip mostly. The small moments that we can share with others is what makes it grand. This is the closet pharmacy to the hospital. That individual is all cooped up in the hospital and they need something to make sure that they know someone cares. It's a typical idea to bring roses to show them they are loved . This store had all that we needed to make that individual feel special. Plus chocolate candies too . They sell Godiva here. Wow! Now when we pay it's a machine and easy process . We were in and out . We had no problems with check out. But we did not encounter any other humans that were not employees. They make it nice and simple. Or is it. Without the human it's cold and sterile. For it's like the world of hope and believing in unicorns and other creatures. But the experience was grand. Now off to deliver the joy to others.

Their pharmacy lacks soft skills and basic accountability - I said what I said. We've had multiple…read morepreventable issues. After changing insurance, we went twice in person to make sure the update was reflected. When we picked up our medication, they still billed the old insurance. We had to waste our time coming back to fix it, wait for a new prescription, and get it re-billed. Another recurring problem is liquid antibiotics. CVS claims the bottle contains the exact amount needed, but we consistently run short, even when we are extremely careful with dosing. Liquid medications stick to the bottle, dry at the cap, and syringes retain small amounts. Those real-world factors make "exact dosing" unrealistic and honestly shows how stingey these pharmacies are to maximize profits. Instead of acknowledging these practical issues, the pharmacy staff often respond defensively when customers are understandably frustrated. I recognize pharmacy staff are likely overworked and operating under a rigid corporate system, but patients are the ones who pay the price when compassion and accountability disappear from healthcare. I said what I said (again). People come to pharmacies because they need help, often urgently. Compassion and patient advocacy should come with the profession, if not, don't work for a pharmacy or don't step into the field. I said what I said 3x and hear that again!
