    Clearly messed up photo
    Vienna Q.

So look, I'm gonna give them a two the person at the counter was nice. I did order photos. And she did ask me if I wanted to check them out before I left I said no because you never once have ever had a problem with photos. It seems that people with jobs now just don't care about what they do and they don't care about ruining other people's product and it's really quite a shame. The pictures of themselves are actually cool except for where it clearly was ruined and they should have and could have redone them. I'm just gonna cut off the piece on the collage. That's all messed up. I'm gonna have to cut it all the way around and then the other piece. I just hope the girl doesn't notice. Otherwise the silver background is legit. It's very cool, but like I said, they left a big spot on it. That is clearly noticeable. They just chose not to fix it or redo it. They thought it was funny. They were laughing in the corner of the two guys at the photo thing. I try not to look too into it when people are laughing just because you know it could be for whatever reason, but in this case, anybody that gets their photos down here, I would definitely double check them before leaving.

Stay far away from this pharmacy. Probably, the worst in the city! Feels like I am on a welfare line for free medicine and I pay fo mine. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this mess of a pharmacy. Lines go all the way to the front of the store...

Long lines. And then even if you wait in line before 1:25, if the line takes ten minutes and it is past 1:39 they won't serve you and make you come back. Slow, bad service. No sign even indicated it is closed at 1:30.

This review is in regards to the photo department and the supervisor, Natalia. I ordered some prints online and paid in the store. When I got home and looked at the photos, all of them were cut incorrectly leaving a left side border that was part of a different picture. You could literally connect them together and see how they were cut incorrectly. I called and spoke to the supervisor, Natalia, and she told me that I needed to bring the prints back and they will reprint them for me or give me a refund. Or I could call corporate for a refund because she didn't have the ability to do it over the phone. I told her I really didn't want to have to drive all the way back to the store, 30 minutes round-trip, to get them to fix what they did wrong and asked again for a refund. She told me they could not refund over the phone and then I needed to call corporate. I asked her if she could just reprint them and mail them to me and she said no. Natalia also told me that they print pictures the way they come in I told her that's absolutely ridiculous to insinuate that this is my fault. It wouldn't even be possible for me to send you pictures with a left side border of the previous picture on it she literally tried to make it my fault! She was rude and not helpful. I told her I didn't understand why she couldn't do something to help me when they gave me a defunct product, without me having to come all the way back there to get it fixed. She would not help me. I called corporate and was informed that they cannot refund me because I paid for the photos in the store so the only way to get a refund would be to go back to the store- which is not what Natalia told me. Corporate was frustrated that I was given incorrect information about (1) corporate being able to give me the refund and (2) her saying she could not reprint them and mail them to me. I will not be getting photos printed here again.

Public Review / Complaint…read more This location is the reason I rarely stop here. The store is often dirty, the environment feels unprofessional, and unfortunately the staff behavior today confirmed why I normally avoid it. This morning I stopped to get gas before heading into a 12-hour shift working in the ER. When I walked in, a very tall employee behind the register (not in a company uniform) immediately said to me, "What do you want?" I replied politely that I needed gas. His response was, "You need to step your ass over to this cash register. I don't ring up over there." There is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer like that. It was unnecessarily aggressive and completely unprofessional. While I was there, another customer came in and asked if he could use the restroom. He explained he was a bus driver and really needed to go. The employee responded, "We don't give a shit who you are. No one uses our bathroom." Again, the issue isn't even the policy -- it's the disrespectful and hostile way it was communicated. Everything that happened is on video, and I will be sending it to corporate. I will also be posting reviews so people know what kind of customer service to expect here. Businesses succeed or fail based on how they treat people. Right now this location reflects extremely poorly on the brand. Clean it up. Train your staff. Customers should never be treated like this. I do not recommend this location unless you want to be spoken to disrespectfully by employees.

Tiffany in the pharmacy is a unicorn and a rock star merged together in a pharmacist form. She helped me navigate the discount card options and price checking for a memory care drug for my mother-in-law that is not covered by insurance. I was able to supply Tiffany solid details with insurance back up letters to confirm stuff, but she took the time and made the effort to check price options across a few platforms for me quite quickly. The script that started at $800+ for a 3 month supply was reduced to less than $100 for 3 months. Patience, effort, care...Thanks Tiffany. But with that said and having to pop back to this pharmacy to sort out issues with my mother-in-law....Albert and Helen are both kind and efficient as well, in addition to being spot on to solve my issues.

Customer service at the pharmacy was very helpful. A medication disposal bin is located by the pharmacy check out. The store is showing it's age. It could use a renovation including better lighting, but it functions as intended.

Costco Gas functions as a remarkably disciplined circulation system disguised as a fuel station…read more High vehicle volume remains inseparable from the Costco gas model, yet this location distinguishes itself through unusual logistical lucidity. Among the Costco gas stations encountered across multiple regions, this one delivers the cleanest traffic choreography: direct ingress, intelligible lane progression, and departure patterns that seldom collapse into the agitation commonly associated with overcrowded warehouse lots. The configuration eliminates much of the spatial confusion that burdens weaker Costco layouts. No serpentine barricade corridors, no artificially blocked exits, no atmosphere of vehicles improvising around one another in search of an opening. Drivers enter through a centralized approach, identify a lane quickly, advance with minimal hesitation, and exit without the sense of compression or antagonism that frequently accompanies high-volume fueling stations. That coherence carries unusual value inside a Costco parking complex, where pedestrians, shopping carts, warehouse traffic, and circulating vehicles already compete for limited spatial attention. Pricing supplies the incentive; organization sustains the experience. Fuel lines at Costco are expected. What elevates this location is the absence of operational friction layered on top of that expectation. Movement remains continuous, lane transitions remain comprehensible, and the station preserves a sense of procedural order even during periods of substantial demand. Attendant visibility reinforces that order. Staff circulate continuously across the pump lanes rather than remaining concealed behind a kiosk window waiting for escalation after a malfunction has already stalled the queue. Card-reader issues, pump confusion, and routine customer questions are intercepted quickly and resolved in place. Their presence transforms supervision into an active component of the station's circulation pattern rather than a remote administrative function. The cumulative effect is unusually refined for a Costco gas operation. This location does not attempt to disguise volume; it orchestrates it. Clear ingress, fluid lane progression, conspicuous staff presence, and disciplined spatial management convert what could easily become an abrasive logistical bottleneck into one of the smoothest Costco fueling experiences in the region.
