He genuinely cares about his patients, is always professional, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond. Whenever I leave a voicemail, my calls are returned promptly, and every interaction with the pharmacy has been positive. I'm not sure why this location has received some negative reviews. Like any organization, there may occasionally be employees who don't fully reflect the company's values, but that comes down to hiring and staffing--not the outstanding pharmacy team. I have never had a good experience with this location. First, they refused to honor a manufacturer coupon for a prescription drug. Because of that, I pulled all my family business from the pharmacy and went to Savin Drugs at Albertsons. Today, I ordered $100 of photo prints online and got 36 (5 X 7) pictures, which apparently comes with 1/4 inch white borders by default. So stupid. He voided my order when I realized I got one of the wrong note books . He got me the right note books in the colors I needed for the two boys in nanny for . He promptly checked me out , instead of making me do self check out! I was extremely happy for the Splendid Service ! CVS I think you are price gouging for two one subject note books over $18! So look, I'm gonna give them a two the person at the counter was nice. I did order photos. And she did ask me if I wanted to check them out before I left I said no because you never once have ever had a problem with photos. It seems that people with jobs now just don't care about what they do and they don't care about ruining other people's product and it's really quite a shame. The pictures of themselves are actually cool except for where it clearly was ruined and they should have and could have redone them. I'm just gonna cut off the piece on the collage. That's all messed up. I'm gonna have to cut it all the way around and then the other piece. I just hope the girl doesn't notice. Otherwise the silver background is legit. It's very cool, but like I said, they left a big spot on it. That is clearly noticeable. They just chose not to fix it or redo it. They thought it was funny. They were laughing in the corner of the two guys at the photo thing. Literally the worst customer service and corporate policies I've ever heard of in my entire life. My husband has a wound on his foot, cannot walk and needed to pick up a prescription for said wound. They would not allow me to call in the insurance information over the phone and they would not allow him to provide it to them in the drive-through. They made my wounded diabetic husband get out of his car to walk inside the store to provide insurance information because "that's their policy". Get your medication anywhere else and I wouldn't support them for any sort of shopping at all. I will never step foot into another CVS for the rest of my life. read more

One of the clerks came back-and-forth between the window and pharmacy six times as she was having trouble verifying my script then in order to apply a discount card to my fill they told me to get back in line a second time. Maybe if the staff was more diverse, they would probably get more things done. In my opinion. The pharmacy can get backed up but they typically don't take too long to get your prescriptions ready. When I gave her my manufacturer discount coupon information, she tried to tell me that my co-pay was a discounted amount because she was too lazy to redo thew order or just cared about a bonus, even if it meant doing fraud.. The only reason why this Pharmacy got it to was because of the tec that gave me my flu shot and the Covid shot. She was the best thing there and she should be running that pharmacy. This review is in regards to the photo department and the supervisor, Natalia. I ordered some prints online and paid in the store. When I got home and looked at the photos, all of them were cut incorrectly leaving a left side border that was part of a different picture. You could literally connect them together and see how they were cut incorrectly. I called and spoke to the supervisor, Natalia, and she told me that I needed to bring the prints back and they will reprint them for me or give me a refund. Or I could call corporate for a refund because she didn't have the ability to do it over the phone. I told her I really didn't want to have to drive all the way back to the store, 30 minutes round-trip, to get them to fix what they did wrong and asked again for a refund. She told me they could not refund over the phone and then I needed to call corporate. I asked her if she could just reprint them and mail them to me and she said no. Natalia also told me that they print pictures the way they come in I told her that's absolutely ridiculous to insinuate that this is my fault. It wouldn't even be possible for me to send you pictures with a left side border of the previous picture on it she literally tried to make it my fault! She was rude and not helpful. I told her I didn't understand why she couldn't do something to help me when they gave me a defunct product, without me having to come all the way back there to get it fixed. She would not help me. I called corporate and was informed that they cannot refund me because I paid for the photos in the store so the only way to get a refund would be to go back to the store- which is not what Natalia told me. Corporate was frustrated that I was given incorrect information about (1) corporate being able to give me the refund and (2) her saying she could not reprint them and mail them to me. I've been to this location occasionally over the past year. The interior could use a make over. It could do with better interior lighting and nicer flooring. The customer service has always been good. It's organized and clean when I've been there. The pharmacy has a drive thru which is convenient. However, how it's set up causes traffic jams at times. Don't park where you could possibly get stuck due to people waiting in a long pharmacy drive thru line! The pharmacy seems very efficient and keep a good pace even when a line forms inside or in drive thru. Overall though, it's a very nice store. read more

The entire skincare line of La Roche-Posay (which i was previously buying on amazon) is available at CVS! This is now my go-to store for all things LRP! It's a little bit pricey for "drugstore" product, but very inexpensive compared to "department store" product. They have everything topical you could need from acne, to wrinkles, dry skin, oily skin, combination skin, sunscreen, eye cream, cleanser, and more. I SWEAR I do not get paid by this company, I just truly love their products and I can't believe I didn't know CVS had so much of it! read more

The staff here tries to be helpful, but most days it seems the store is severely understaffed. Wait times are too long and no one seems to care. The apathy among the staff is palpable! Also, the drive through system is flawed! When a line forms for picking up prescriptions it causes cars to wait behind cars that are parked including the handicap spots! When exiting the store last week I could not immediately back out because the line of cars behind me was long and not moving. Cars in line were not very accommodating in terms of letting people out. They make you wait in line without announcing anything and then you get up to the counter and they say oh sorry we're closed. They don't accept coupons in the drive-through because they are too stupid to do that as well. Save yourself and go to any other pharmacy. Unfortunately this is the most conveniently located pharmacy, that my insurance requires me to use. The drive thru layout is a disaster, made worse by how long it takes for each customer to get helped. The cars waiting in line block the parking spaces for the customers unfortunate enough to need to go inside the store. Set aside the better part of an afternoon if you intend to call. The employees in the pharmacy are unpleasant and ill-equipped to work in customer service. Worse, if you work in a pharmacy, you should be able to wear a face mask correctly. The guy who always helps me at the counter consistently his face mask hanging down under his nose. The same guy seems annoyed when I want to pay with cash. Horrible experience. I went to get my prescription on Friday after being notified on Tuesday that it was ready. They said they didn't have it on the shelf anymore because it has been "14 days" even after I showed them the text notifications. This location has some hard core reviews which should be surprising for where it's located! My latest visit didn't resemble any of the aforementioned negative reviews. I was looking for one particular item, found it, and did some browsing before heading to checkout. The male cashier was friendly and seemed genuine. There were also 2 cashiers which is somewhat unusual from what I'm used to at most CVS's. The store seemed clean inside and out. I frequent this CVS when in Summerlin and do recall a few rude customers here in the past with no patience if it takes everyone else more than a minute to check out. As a CVS Extra Care card member, sometimes I have many coupons and definitely take more than a minute to check out! If I'm using a gift card, it can take much longer! They had a new Extra Care machine at this location which I hope works better than the old ones. read more

Gross negligence & complete incompetence. I am a doctor, I called in a script (left voicemail). Went to pick it up. They said they never received. I called their # again to call it in. Spoke to a person. They then called me to say it would be ready in 45 min. Arrived an hour later. Again, they said they never received. They said I must have called a different store. I dialed the number & the pharmacist picked up right in front of me, the one I spoke with. They then tried to back track & told me they did receive it but were out of stock. Something is very wrong about all of it. I'll never use cvs again. Costco is nearby & have never had those issues. read more
