I frequent this location because it is close to my work and I'm always on a hunt for great deals and steals on everyday necessities and grocery items. As a customer, I'd recommend coming here during late mornings or afternoon hours. I usually get A+ customer service during those hours. I find that the employees are much more patient and understanding and they're willing to work with you if there's a particular way you'd like a transaction to be done. If you're coming in the late afternoon/evening hours...not so much. There's been a couple occasions that I haven't felt valued as a customer and rushed. Luckily, I'm a bit more understanding in certain instances but regardless I'd still like to be treated pike a valuable customer. I've had a couple of instances where I've also had issues with their digital coupons not being accepted and having to do lots of back and forth between manager and sales associate. However, they have ALWAYS found a solution to all of my problems and concerns (whether it took 2 minutes or 30 minutes and whether I "bothered" them or not). (This part is based on Walgreens in general). If you're not already signed up to receive Walgreens rewards on your purchases then I'd 100% recommend signing up. You can accrue rewards to redeem on purchases always check your emails because their photo center always offers some great deals as well. Pros: -LOTS of parking -great deals -always very well stocked -store is very organized and easy to find items -EXCELLENT problem solvers -always has some pretty awesome deals Cons: -getting Great Customer Service is a hit or miss -sometimes the digital coupons don't get applied (you can't fault the sales associates but I always recommend checking your receipt if you use coupons)

They shouldn't be since I have insurance but my MD had put me on a medication that is apparently $1100 for a month at Walgreens with insurance but only $150 for a month at Costco Pharmacy with insurance and membership. Yes I do have Costco membership but between $150 and $1100, that is a huge difference and it makes me wonder if the people at the register are misinformed regarding the prices. It took me two different tries with two different people at the register. Same high price. So I tried Costco and I didn't have any problems. I prefer this Walgreens because the location is convenient but the price isn't worth it.

Tiffany in the pharmacy is a unicorn and a rock star merged together in a pharmacist form. She helped me navigate the discount card options and price checking for a memory care drug for my mother-in-law that is not covered by insurance. I was able to supply Tiffany solid details with insurance back up letters to confirm stuff, but she took the time and made the effort to check price options across a few platforms for me quite quickly. The script that started at $800+ for a 3 month supply was reduced to less than $100 for 3 months. Patience, effort, care...Thanks Tiffany. But with that said and having to pop back to this pharmacy to sort out issues with my mother-in-law....Albert and Helen are both kind and efficient as well, in addition to being spot on to solve my issues.

Customer service at the pharmacy was very helpful. A medication disposal bin is located by the pharmacy check out. The store is showing it's age. It could use a renovation including better lighting, but it functions as intended.

It's the joys of life to make others smile…read more Let's walk the adventure of life. Truly it's a solo trip mostly. The small moments that we can share with others is what makes it grand. This is the closet pharmacy to the hospital. That individual is all cooped up in the hospital and they need something to make sure that they know someone cares. It's a typical idea to bring roses to show them they are loved . This store had all that we needed to make that individual feel special. Plus chocolate candies too . They sell Godiva here. Wow! Now when we pay it's a machine and easy process . We were in and out . We had no problems with check out. But we did not encounter any other humans that were not employees. They make it nice and simple. Or is it. Without the human it's cold and sterile. For it's like the world of hope and believing in unicorns and other creatures. But the experience was grand. Now off to deliver the joy to others.

Their pharmacy lacks soft skills and basic accountability - I said what I said. We've had multiple…read morepreventable issues. After changing insurance, we went twice in person to make sure the update was reflected. When we picked up our medication, they still billed the old insurance. We had to waste our time coming back to fix it, wait for a new prescription, and get it re-billed. Another recurring problem is liquid antibiotics. CVS claims the bottle contains the exact amount needed, but we consistently run short, even when we are extremely careful with dosing. Liquid medications stick to the bottle, dry at the cap, and syringes retain small amounts. Those real-world factors make "exact dosing" unrealistic and honestly shows how stingey these pharmacies are to maximize profits. Instead of acknowledging these practical issues, the pharmacy staff often respond defensively when customers are understandably frustrated. I recognize pharmacy staff are likely overworked and operating under a rigid corporate system, but patients are the ones who pay the price when compassion and accountability disappear from healthcare. I said what I said (again). People come to pharmacies because they need help, often urgently. Compassion and patient advocacy should come with the profession, if not, don't work for a pharmacy or don't step into the field. I said what I said 3x and hear that again!
