I purchased a 5th wheel RV 2 weeks ago. I was given a walk through last Tuesday. I left to go to the RV Park where my unit was to be delivered. While loading, a rv tech dropped the nose hitch of the 5th wheel off a forklift arm which allowed the steel arm to break the fiberglass creating a hole and several scrapes in the paint. I was told 4 times by the RV Mng. that he was taking care of the problem. I even left a text for the GM of the dealership. All efforts fell on deaf ears. So, we went back om January 20th, and everything was lower! We got our truck and the interest rate and payments are much lower! 2007 Wrangler developed a vibration/rumbling. Saitta Trudeau charged over $500 for a "loose" trailing arm which they replaced. Symptoms were worse on the drive home. Took it to another automotive repair in Pahrump -- found CV bad. Replaced and repaired for just over $500. You make your own conclusions. No, I did not take it back to Saitta Trudeau because I knew they could not be trusted. There is no way they drove the Jeep because the vibrations and rumbling sounds were worse than when I dropped it off. Hard to figure people out. read more

I bought a Buick from this place and I didn't mind the chip in the window, but when we went too Vegas it started over heating, so we thought the long drive and hot weather prolly got too it, took it in for getting it looked at, they said the cap was broken. couple months later happend again as we were returning too Reno with our new car. note- we asked if it would pass smog they said yes- which was a fat lie. we later had it looked at too find out the head gasket is broken. it cost 10k for a new engine and me and my family could've been injured. i have too drive 30mins too work. and if something bad happens too me oh well, I'll just have too put down I got a bad car. and they need new employee who know what they are doing. My Neighbor just bought a 2017 Nissan Frontier from this dealership. The Front inner brake pad was worn down to the metal. The windshield wiper blades were torn to shreds. He was given no tool for accessing his spare tire. All the tires were 15- 20 lbs low in air. Not to worry though, because they didn't even care enough to inspect it prior to selling it. BUYER BEWARE. John is a wonderful salesman, and Jessie the Used Car Manager saved the day. The service dept. brought the rating down a star. The sales staff and management has great customer service. The process to buy my car was hassle free and very easy. When I did have to bring it back for a problem the service department was not very helpful. But Jessie stepped in, discovered how to fix the problem and did. Everything is running and working smoothly and I know if there are any other issues they will be taken care of. My vehicle was not charging the battery. There is no reason it should take a month for them to figure out that it was the alternator. After 2+ weeks they told us it was fixed. The next morning the battery was dead. The battery that three places told us was good was now bad. I was told that too many discharges of the battery are what caused it to go bad. I bought a new battery and the next morning it was dead. I took the vehicle back to Saitta Trudeau and they figured out it was the alternator and fixed it. That took another 2 weeks. The customer service was not bad but I found myself calling them more than they called me. So, I paid for a repair I may or may not have needed and I paid for a new battery. This dealership sold me a truck with a blown head gasket that never had state of Nevada required drivetrain inspection. After taking the vehicle back they kept $500 for their salesmen. The whole situation was completely unlawful and a complaint and DMV investigation will disclose the type of dealership this place is. Please return my money. read more

I purchased a used Kia a year and a half ago haven't had any issues with it ..got a flat tire on the Fourth of July went to put the spare on and there was no spare in the back of the vehicle at all an empty spot!!105° weather I had to request tow to get taken back to my house.. contacted the dealership today and they (The actual owner who is a dip shit and very rude)said they owe me nothing ...the guy that filled out the 15 point inspection or 30 point inspection obviously lied ... he asked me what I've been doing for a year and a half I said driving the vehicle around town.. he said I've never had it serviced I said I haven't need any other than an oil change and he was pissed off I didn't take it there I guess? Anyway I told him his employee lied when he filled out the inspection report and he didn't like that but I have no reason to want to be towed in and lose two hours of pay on 105° day spare tires are junk but there still should've been one in the vehicle never do business with them again..The old man must have a little man complex read more

Wrong dealership- this is for the new car side: Admitted I am upside down on the car I'm trading; and my credit rating is not great. That being said- I am absolutely stunned at the unbelievable deal they tried to get me in on a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. I test drove the vehicle. Nice. Then the deal was presented: They were happy to tell me that I could get financed...ready for this? They offered $4000 (I owe $11000 on it) for my 2012 VW Jetta with leather. They would sell me the Jeep for $36,000. If I could give them $3500 down. They could get me financed for 72 months for $922 per month. OMG- what a crappy deal (the only one they were offering) folks the Cherokee has $6000 in rebates! I find this kind of thing not only disgusting but unethical! I would think extra hard before I went there for ANYTHING again. Btw the same model of Jeep is selling for around $22000 in Las Vegas.
