okay here it goes today is may 9th 2026. i had contacted every rv repair for the ac in this trailer everyone in pahrump and even las vegas no one but no one could come out in a timely fashion. i couldn't even tell you how i ran across rv doctor yesterday i called her and said my dog had gotten an accident and i don't think she's going to make it she's boiling in this trailer and she's barely hanging on as it is. the lady's name was jill she is beyond amazing she actually comforted me which who does that in today's world ???? and then it was amazing she said don't worry i will take care of you. i felt something inside me saying this woman is for real. jill said drive to the trailer and call me . as i was in town yesterday so i drove back and jill said go ahead turn on the ac unit she listened to the loud noise and said i'm going to say it sounds like the fan. next thing i knew jill said i will have someone out there first thing in the morning . i really couldn't believe it i had called everyone i could call in pahrump in las vegas. couldn't even get phone calls returned. yet this company not only responded she helped in trying to comfort me, to allow me to drive back here in the evening and call her after working hours so she could listen to this ac. then saying i'll have someone there in the morning and did amazing if they don't get a straight five star review i'm going to be upset 4.9 is not good enough!!!!!! a man by the name of manny came out lickety split he fixed it did not try to gouge me did not try to upsell me just fix the fan. the ac works great once again !!!!! jill was right. how grateful am i . i can't even tell you if my little dog could talk i am sure she would write her own reviews literally saved my dog's life. people as far as i'm concerned there's only one company worth using and it's rv doctor and that is the honest to god's truth !!!!!!!! so to you jill and to you mannie the biggest thank you, god bless you you stepped into my life not knowing you and truly made a change i have faith in humanity again!!!!! nita crisp danielson read more

We contacted RV Doctor due to a bay door latch that wasn't functioning and we could not close the door. Manny was wonderful. He is extremely patient. He attempted to walk us through how to get the door to close and stay shut but it involved a lot of strength that neither my husband nor myself have. We had to vacate our RV space by 11am. Manny showed up and got it taken care of immediately and we were on our way in record time. Best of all he did not charge us for a service call or for his time. We had a problem with our coach's heating system and Manny was able to troubleshoot some potential problems and also worked with the tech support of the system's manufacturer. I feel Manny really leaned into this problem and tried to find solutions well beyond what he charged us. Since we were only in town a short time, Manny wasn't comfortable with getting the parts delivered and installed before we left. Instead, he did all the leg work of putting together the diagnosis and parts list and recommended we contact the repair shop we were headed to for an already scheduled appointment. Because of Manny's dedication to fixing the problem, I was equipped to have a more knowledgeable conversation with them. Manny and his wife Jill are first class in the area of customer service. Worked with Jill and Manny on the communications bus for Southern Nye County Search and Rescue. Very quick response, and thoroughly went through everything troubleshooting our issue. Found it and fixed it. Explained everything step by step as he was doing it, and gave us several pointers while he worked on the proper care and feeding of our rig. We were in Death Valley and our air conditioner quit. It was 100 degrees, and we were traveling with my brother, and had things we wanted to do, but there was no way we could survive without our air. We called the RV Doctor and spoke to Manny. We actually called him twice, and he spent lots of time talking us through problem solving even though he was trying to leave on vacation. He still was patient and stuck with us, helping us to solve the problem. Man, I can't thank him enough. I wish he wasn't gone on vacation because I would drive back and ask him to do some other work for us!! Our experience with RV doctor was not so great. We had called them in regards to both our roof A/Cs are going bad. They came out & checked them. The back A/C is rattling & vibrating so loud & is so bad it actually shakes the motor home when you turn it on. It will still cool but needs to be replaced. The front A/C is just beginning to do this. We have had 8 Coleman A/C units on this coach & they all have gone bad in a few months to two years. What the tech told me is its not the back A/C that is vibrating its our coach!!!!! What???? That's strange as when you shut it off the coach quits vibrating. WE may be seniors but we are not stupid. Also he told us until they totally go out the insurance will not replace them. We have been full time over 30 years & already & as I said had 8 A/C units on this coach & when they got this bad there has never been a question as the insurance paying for new ones. They have only gone totally out one time & the insurance has always replaced them. I figure he did not want to do the job & charged us $100. By the way we have talked to the insurance company & they have agreed to replace the units long before I even contacted RV Doctor. read more

I have a Norcold refrigerator which refused to work at all. I had replaced the control board earlier and it worked for a week but the stopped. RV Doctor identified 3 issues. Too many fault codes in memory, a fluttering relay and failed safety assembly. He was very professional and had access to all Norcold flow charts. Being a Norcold rep surely helped too. I will surely go to RV Doctor for my RV service Being mobil is a tremendous advantage for me and imagine for most people. By the way his receptionist (his wife) was so kind and understanding and helpful. That kind of customer service is a rarity today. These people deserve a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

This was a refreshing experiecne when it comes to getting your RV fixed. Manny replaced 2 ac units, my water pump and fixed my Lippert stairs. This place is amazing. We bought a brand new travel trailer and the fridge went out after 4 months. Jill took care of everything to get us a new fridge under warranty. I didn't have to make a single call. It took several weeks to get the fridge in from the manufacturer which is too be expected, but during the entire time Jill would text weekly with an update on the progress. I never had to wonder what was going on. Manny who installed the fridge was also great. He even took the time to answer other questions we had about our RV after he installed the fridge.
