We contacted RV Doctor due to a bay door latch that wasn't functioning and we could not close the door. Manny was wonderful. He is extremely patient. He attempted to walk us through how to get the door to close and stay shut but it involved a lot of strength that neither my husband nor myself have. We had to vacate our RV space by 11am. Manny showed up and got it taken care of immediately and we were on our way in record time. Best of all he did not charge us for a service call or for his time. We highly recommend them and we will be using their services if needed when we visit the area again. read more

I called in the morning for a water issue, Jill answered the phone right away, said Manny could come over in a few hours to check it out. He came earlier than expected, very professional, saved me money because I didn't need the part I thought just an adjustment. In 20 minutes I was all better. Cannot say enough nice things about RV doctor. Highly recommended. read more

Jill coordinated the repair and kept in touch. Manny arrived early in 3 hour time period shared by Jill. He inspected the toilet to find the leak. He had the parts in his truck to replace the items. The price was very reasonable. Will use RV Doctor again. read more

Highly recommend. RV Dr (Manny) will educate you on why you are having issues without having you waste your time & money. He accomplished A LOT in lightning speed & we saved money. He fixed the water heater which we weren't expecting plus educated us on the water overflow; how to clean the tank with Dawn liquid soap; how to properly turn on propane & generator. We felt like his quality, professional service was a bargain. read more

We had a problem with our coach's heating system and Manny was able to troubleshoot some potential problems and also worked with the tech support of the system's manufacturer. I feel Manny really leaned into this problem and tried to find solutions well beyond what he charged us. Since we were only in town a short time, Manny wasn't comfortable with getting the parts delivered and installed before we left. Instead, he did all the leg work of putting together the diagnosis and parts list and recommended we contact the repair shop we were headed to for an already scheduled appointment. Because of Manny's dedication to fixing the problem, I was equipped to have a more knowledgeable conversation with them. Manny and his wife Jill are first class in the area of customer service. In the times of "over promise and under deliver", they are the complete opposite. Even though our problem wasn't completely fixed, we were charges a fair price for Manny's efforts. RV Doctor is now on our very short list of RV repair people to use in the future. read more

Called Manny's RV Doctor in Pahrump NV because we had a problem with the water suddenly not working anywhere in our 5th wheel. We could not locate the source of the problem and neither could our neighbors. We had heard good things about this company so we called him. He was wonderful to work with. He located the source of the problem immediately and proceeded to repair it in a timely manner. Our water was restored within minutes and he had the part on his truck we needed for that. We felt that his price was reasonable and we gladly paid what he asked. The quality of his work is well known to those who have ever used his services. We are so pleased and highly recommend this company. Ruth & Richard Knox read more

There was a problem with my rv a/c. Jill set up the appointment, and Manny came out right on schedule. Turns out... the a/c had an unmarked temperature knob. Manny showed me how to use it and didn't charge me for the call at all! Integrity. These people are honest and have integrity. read more

I can't say enough about the great service and wonderful people. Each time I have had to call them for repairs they have been there quickly and done a great job for a very fair price. I highly recommend them! Thank you! read more

Jill and Manny were awesome. They were able to negotiate with AirXcel to have my ac unit replaced that went out during Covid lockdowns (when I wasn't able to get through to AirXcel at the time it went out) Shout out to AirXcel for covering my unit even though it was out of warranty by two weeks! They were on time on both occasions and very knowledgeable. read more

I had wrote a review on yelp a few weeks ago, but it seems it didn't get added in my page here. If you own a motor home or trailers you need to get hooked up with the RV doctor. Manny is the owner and highly trained professional that will fix your problems that plaque your rigs. I can't say enough about this business. Family owned and resides in Pahrump. His lovely wife is the office boss and she is very knowledgeable and sweet to talk to. Remember to contact RV Doctor for your RV needs. read more

Worked with Jill and Manny on the communications bus for Southern Nye County Search and Rescue. Very quick response, and thoroughly went through everything troubleshooting our issue. Found it and fixed it. Explained everything step by step as he was doing it, and gave us several pointers while he worked on the proper care and feeding of our rig. He observed other issues, but did not 'sneak' them in, only worked on what we asked, but mentioned the other things he saw so that we were aware. VERY fair hourly rate and a genuine and friendly guy. All of our RV work will be going to him in the future. Thanks Manny! -Brad read more

We were in Death Valley and our air conditioner quit. It was 100 degrees, and we were traveling with my brother, and had things we wanted to do, but there was no way we could survive without our air. We called the RV Doctor and spoke to Manny. We actually called him twice, and he spent lots of time talking us through problem solving even though he was trying to leave on vacation. He still was patient and stuck with us, helping us to solve the problem. Man, I can't thank him enough. I wish he wasn't gone on vacation because I would drive back and ask him to do some other work for us!! Nice to find someone who knows what they are doing AND has the desire to do a great job and help those in need. read more

I have a Norcold refrigerator which refused to work at all. I had replaced the control board earlier and it worked for a week but the stopped. RV Doctor identified 3 issues. Too many fault codes in memory, a fluttering relay and failed safety assembly. He was very professional and had access to all Norcold flow charts. Being a Norcold rep surely helped too. I will surely go to RV Doctor for my RV service Being mobil is a tremendous advantage for me and imagine for most people. By the way his receptionist (his wife) was so kind and understanding and helpful. That kind of customer service is a rarity today. These people deserve a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Our experience with RV doctor was not so great. We had called them in regards to both our roof A/Cs are going bad. They came out & checked them. The back A/C is rattling & vibrating so loud & is so bad it actually shakes the motor home when you turn it on. It will still cool but needs to be replaced. The front A/C is just beginning to do this. We have had 8 Coleman A/C units on this coach & they all have gone bad in a few months to two years. What the tech told me is its not the back A/C that is vibrating its our coach!!!!! What???? That's strange as when you shut it off the coach quits vibrating. WE may be seniors but we are not stupid. Also he told us until they totally go out the insurance will not replace them. We have been full time over 30 years & already & as I said had 8 A/C units on this coach & when they got this bad there has never been a question as the insurance paying for new ones. They have only gone totally out one time & the insurance has always replaced them. I figure he did not want to do the job & charged us $100. By the way we have talked to the insurance company & they have agreed to replace the units long before I even contacted RV Doctor. read more

This was a refreshing experiecne when it comes to getting your RV fixed. Manny replaced 2 ac units, my water pump and fixed my Lippert stairs. He was on time and on budget and very meticulous in all the work done. He explained everything to me and provided tips on after care to make sure I got the most use out of my new parts. I would highly recommend RV Doctor for all your RV Repairs!! Finally anhonest RV Repair company!!!! Who new!!! read more

This place is amazing. We bought a brand new travel trailer and the fridge went out after 4 months. Jill took care of everything to get us a new fridge under warranty. I didn't have to make a single call. It took several weeks to get the fridge in from the manufacturer which is too be expected, but during the entire time Jill would text weekly with an update on the progress. I never had to wonder what was going on. Manny who installed the fridge was also great. He even took the time to answer other questions we had about our RV after he installed the fridge. This company is the best!!!! read more

Ever dine out and have a great experience only to return a second time and be really disappointed? How about a service company that did well the first time but on the second call for service you were disappointed with response time, workmanship or perhaps you were overcharged. This will NEVER happen with Manny and Jill, owners of RVDOC. I have used them at least 5 times in the last year or so and they have never disappointed. I remain a loyal customer and can assure you that you'll receive the very best from a company that stands behind their work 100%. read more
