The problem is we were double charged. We called explaining the issue and told we had to drive to their location to be put back on their wait list. Couldn't issue a refund over the phone and wouldn't put us on the list while on the phone. Drove to the store and told unable to issue a refund until put on their wait list and now waiting another 1 1/2 to 2 hours for them to correct their mistake. If I were there to make another purchase, no problem, I'd certainly wait. But this was their mistake. This is not right and already wondering if I made a mistake switching.

    BUYER BEWARE!! T-Mobile is the biggest SCAMMER doing business out there. They will promise you all…read moresorts of promotions and then renege on them. Then they will play the game that the location you first started to set service up with can't do anything to help you, you've igotta go to the corporate office. You go to the corporate office and they tell you yes we can do all this and we'll get back to you. No one ever gets back to you. You make multiple calls to their customer service line . They want you to jump through hoops and run around doing their job for them. Then you go back and they say oh well we can't help you here gotta go to a different corporate office. Then they tell you oh well you're too late. You have to pay for the equipment and you have to pay to get out of this. (Be aware they will give you nothing in writing stating what everything they promise you) they tell you, You should've been here sooner even though the other people told you you had 30 days to change everything without a cost. We had T-Mobile less than 20 days. Cost us almost $600 to get out of everything. And we are still getting bills for equipment we never had and never activated. But they're telling us we do have that. You have to pay him or you're gonna have a bad credit report. When you call and to try to get anything resolved, it results in... sorry you need to call this person or you need to have this person call this person or you need to go in to a corporate store. They will run you around all over the place.

    I'm writing this way loo late. Should have been done 3 years ago, however, the problem is ongoing…read more My wife and I and our daughter used sprint before T mobile bought them. Since that point we were charged random amounts on bills and got little help from customer service because they couldn't communicate between the two merging companies. We canceled our account (or thought we did) shortly after the merger. Much to our surprise, they kept sending bills, still random amounts. We tried several times by phone and at their stores to get this corrected to no avail. We even paid a few extra months thinking maybe that was for early termination. At some point, we gave up and now just have constant debt collectors after us, and since the account was in my wife's name, she has a mark on her credit, which is otherwise excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bad customer service, poor billing practices, and to top it off, the coverage areas aren't even as good as Cricket.

Still no…read moreresolution, guess i have to give at&t or Verizon a change..i heard their coverage is better anyways Omg everyone that i have spoken with have been extremely rude.. i pay my bill every month, but when there was a problem with my bill they were extremely rude!!! Ive talked to several different people and they wont do anything. Tammy a SUPPOSEDLY supervisor hung up on me because she wouldn't let me talk. They talk over u, and kept saying we are number one in customer service. I was supposed to have gotten 5 different call backs and i had to contact them EVERY time. If u want rude service, go elsewhere. Ive been dealing with the SAME issue for a month now and NO ONE can give a resolution.
