False wifi advertisement... The speed is also terrible, high ping, constantly wifi shortage after a year using it. Expensive. I used cox over 5 years now. The picture vs the real world run is completely opposite. Ping Spike every 10min of gaming. Constantly crash game because of wifi connection on the modem. Even on ETHERNET... One of the best Cox stores I have been to. Jennifer and Jason were both very friendly , polite and actually cared about helping me. The manager, Charles, was extremely amazing in helping me and made me feel very welcome, he also made sure that all my issues were fixed and that I was happy before I left. This store is not the closest to where I live but I will definitely make the drive back to it for anything I need. read more

This store in particular has been great to me over the past few years. The service is strong and reliable, the cox wifi app makes it easy to tweak connected devices and routers, and the customer service has been extremely helpful. The staff is always willing to help you find deals to get the best service for the best price, they are not pushy about upselling you, and they are happy to work with you when you have more complex requests like handling multiple properties' wifi at one time. Cody in particular was very helpful as I was transferring service and getting fiber set up (which is blazing fast, by the way). The technicians they send are fast, friendly, and professional. The worst internet service. It drops all the time. There tech support instead of trying to fix my issue wants to keep upselling me. I've had the service for 2 years and the technicians have had to come out 10 times and they've charged ME, almost every single time. They suck. And I don't even get close to the speeds I'm paying for. read more

Cox Store was terrible to deal with. First they sent me home with old equipment. Then their service was horrible when I had issues with it. When I stopped using their wifi service I cut it of on the 4th of the month but they charged me for the entire month! Now they have a collection agency after me for more than the full month of service costs. These people are dirt bag grifter scum bags! read more

Terrible service, my god what a horrid experience. Is there a negative 100 star review? If so, Cox deserves it. Have an issue? Need a technician? Be prepared to wait weeks and NOT have your problem solved. They will need AT LEAST 3 visits to fix the issue and charge you each and every time they come. This review is for the solutions store and the staff... not the company. This is a nice upgrade from their old store on 23rd st near Penn. the store is obviously new and I came on a Saturday with no appointment and i was in an out in less than 10 mins. The representative that helped me was super friendly. The had my modem available and ready to go. He was also able to get me hooked up with a service appointment for the time and day I wanted. Now, regarding Cox as a service provider.... I think they must have been hurting from the number of people cutting the cable or something, because I just got a really good deal for cable and Internet. I pretty much ended up paying less than I was paying before and now have more internet speed and cable (which I did not have before). read more

This was such an easy experience. I never watch television and in fact sold my television months ago. My contract was up so I decided to return my cable box and remote control. So odd to the store I went. I was greeted by a very nice blond woman with a great lion tattoo (UFA I'm jealous) and she was so helpful. We got it returned in no time. Dani went above and beyond. I called to check on curbside due to traveling to see my high-risk mother in a few days. She said she could absolutely trade equipment curbside and watched for my car. When I arrived, she came out masked, replaced my modem within 2 minutes, and even brought hand sanitizer for me to use when she handed me the modem. I'm giving this 5 stars, because Perla is the best! My husband, and I are moving, and I had a lot of questions about moving our service to a different location, and adding on a security package. She walked me through everything, and was so knowledgeable about the services I was wanting. She went above and beyond helping me out today. I've literally never had this good of service ever from Cox. I was actually on the fence about switching cable and internet providers.
