Just one business day later, Jon-Michael from Technical Support contacted me and scheduled a new installation date. Mike (hands down their best technician) came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and set up a new system that has been working flawlessly ever since. Franklin at FTS customized our recorded greetings to go on at specific times, as our office hours vary, this ensures that our patients can reach a medical professional at any time, which is incredibly reassuring to our patients and us. Our new office phones have great features, but the best is the mobile app, we are able to go on exchange by changing a setting in app from our cell phones (no more worrying about forgetting to put phones on exchange, or thinking "did I put us on exchange?!").
