But to his defense his Mother was in the hospital so I guess it's certainly understandable but otherwise unprofessional to use your very client as a surrogate punching bag for the evening. I guess bypassing the temp agency to get your things is taboo, but this policy was never really made clear. And In all honesty, if someone gets their feathers ruffled for trying to communicate with them, their anger is terribly misplaced. Btw, Anthonys broadside against me was simply by the fact he had to squander the companies money to order me a courier for my wrist rest. This is precisely why I simply communicated to the company directly. No! We wouldn't want to communicate now, do we? Hollywood communication breakdown indeed. Also like most temp agencies, they oversaturate their desk to feed their internal database quota. I called ahead to check if I needed an appointment but they said I could go in whenever I wanted. I walked in and the young lady at the front was very polite and helpful. I was taken back to a large room full of computers. Another employee set up a practice test and then after I was then set up my actual test. I noticed 2 other people working on resumes and applications and received help and input. After taking the test I just had to wait a few minutes to get my results printed and signed. I think I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall, I liked my experience at this location.

The experience was horrible. The company they sent me to was very unprofessional and toxic. The person who was training me was talking crap about other coworkers to me, and talking about drugs and inappropriate things. I knew I wasn't going to last there as I was looking for something long-term away from toxic environment like that. I resigned from the job and contacted Candice. She never replied. At first she was responding quickly to my messages when the job started, after I inquired about my paycheck--she ghosted me. She never responded until I reached out to someone else in the office and she made up some excuse or lie about not replying. The other person I spoke to in their office said she was there all week.
