Jonathan and team completely transformed our backyard in under a month. They installed a new lawn, TimberTech deck, native plants, irrigation and drainage, lighting, and tied our existing front-yard irrigation into the new system. The design process was easy and affordable, and Jonathan was on site every day. He was communicative, thoughtful, and paid attention to the little details throughout the project. The whole crew was great to have around and kept everything clean at the end of each day. They even did a thorough final cleanup of the windows and doors around the yard. What we appreciated most was that their care didn't stop once the project was finished. They came back to fix a faulty sprinkler head and later trenched along the grass by the deck when we realized skunks were trying to get underneath. We love how the backyard turned out and how much more we actually use the space now. We'd absolutely recommend Herencia and happily work with Jonathan and team again.

I found them on Yelp and chose them after getting four other quotes. From the beginning, they stood out for their professionalism, responsiveness, detailed proposal, and fair pricing. Ale was fantastic to work with. She was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and well organized. Once construction started, Jonathan and his team were excellent. They arrive promptly each day and cleanup well. Jonathan is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. What stood out most was his communication and transparency. He provided daily updates, either by text or in person, walking me through the progress and explaining what was coming next, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the project. I also really appreciated his fantastic customer service and follow-through. For example, the game light I purchased arrived broken from the manufacturer, and Jonathan came back promptly after the project was finished to install the replacement once it arrived. The entire project took about a week, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The court and surrounding landscaping look amazing, drain properly, and have completely transformed our backyard. Seeing my son excited to play on it every day makes it even more worth it. I highly recommend Herencia Landscaping to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable, and professional outdoor work. I would definitely hire them again.

What was once boring and ordinary now looks like a beautiful park, complete with a gorgeous pool and spa, beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. The pool has been so refreshing this summer, I am grateful that Mark suggested the pool, when I originally only wanted the spa. As everything has grown in, the transformation has become even more amazing. We constantly have people commenting on how beautiful our yard is, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Garden View also handled the installation of our Studio Shed pre-fabbed ADU and we were extremely pleased with how it turned out. The finished ADU looks beautiful and fits perfectly into our backyard. Garden View designed our backyard with this ADU in mind. Everyone we worked with at Garden View was professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Thank you to Mark, Gustavo, Keely, Steven Reeves and Steven Reinoehl! We also loved the nursery and the great selection of plants. The entire plant selection process was seamless, and I was able to find everything I wanted. The plants, trees, and flowers have all grown in beautifully and really brought the whole design to life. After 20 years of putting up with yards that we weren't particularly excited about, as we never wanted to entertain in the backyard, it is such a joy to look outside and feel like we have our own little park. We have been entertaining all summer! We are extremely happy with Garden View and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space!

On a project of this scale, finding a contractor you can genuinely trust to deliver top-tier build quality without cutting corners is rare, but Edgar and his team delivered on every front. They managed to execute the job efficiently and move fast without ever making the work feel rushed. Edgar approaches every aspect of the build with a true "measure twice, cut once" mentality, ensuring every detail was carefully thought out well before the concrete was poured. What truly sets Edgar apart from other contractors is his transparency and client-first mindset. Rather than making unilateral calls or pushing options that benefit his own bottom line, he presented every decision with clear options and thoughtful pros and cons. He never nickel-and-dimed small adjustments or weaponized formal change orders just to inflate the bill. Additionally, his crew was exceptionally professional, courteous, and respectful. As a landlord managing a property with tenants on-site, this was invaluable. While many contractors disregard tenants because they aren't the paying client, Edgar's crew treated everyone on the property with complete respect and care. Platinum Paving offers remarkably competitive pricing, but more importantly, the value and quality of their craftsmanship far exceed the rate they charge. If you have a large-scale project, especially on a rental or multi-unit property, do yourself a favor and get a quote from Platinum Paving before making a final decision. I highly recommend them!
