I'm not sure I've ever had Cousins before; maybe I have, but I don't remember. This was on my way and seemed like it might be relatively healthy. I got a seafood sub, which is my go-to at Subway and gave me a comparison point. It was bigger (I think 7 1/2 inches vs 6.) The bread was good. The seafood salad was good. The veggies- fresh, but underripe, and there weren't many of them. Still, overall a decent sub. I also got cheese curds because I hadn't had them yet while in Wisconsin (there goes healthy...) They were okay. To drink, I had Sprecher's root beer. Yes, on tap at a fast food place. I'd stop back just for that. read more

I was disappointed in the hygiene practices I witnessed while waiting for my order. Multiple employees were touching their masks and/or their clothes then touching food and food preparation surfaces without washing hands or changing gloves. Took payment from another customer then touched my food (Got cheese curds from fryer) without washing hands. EVERYONE (3 employees I saw) but the young man who was working behind the register was wearing masks with their noses exposed. I did give my feedback in the store as well, which they accepted somewhat politely. Please train your employees about basic hygiene for food! read more

Consistently great bread and fresh meats and cheeses. Love the slight crust on the bread and the soft center!

I love this Cousins subs because the people there seem like they really care. They also have a coke freestyle machine so I can get my favorite strawberry lemonade. Also - try the cheese curds!! read more

Twice in the past 6 weeks I have been to this particular cousins. Twice I have walked in an been told "Were out of bread". The place is no different then any other cousins subs. Except whomever runs this one, doesn't care about the business. Don't waste your time. They'll be out of what you want read more

The subs were ok at best, I've had the same sub from another cousins that tasted 1,000 times better. In other respects the service was sub-par. Nobody smiled, they weren't focused, obviously for the wait the sub wasn't too great and overall I am disappointed with the way they treated their customers. Work is needed there. read more

Terrible sub and the service was just as good. Employees were more concerned with gossip than paying attention to my order. The meat in the meatball sub had no flavor and tasted like it soaked in water. The bread was very dry and lacked flavor as well. I usually give a place 2 visits but this one was so bad I won't be back. read more

On 2 separate occasions we found hair in our food . First in the sub then today about 2 weeks later in my fries . All the do is remake your order which is great but who in their rite mind wants to eat after finding hair in their food . Put on hair nets ! read more

This place would get 5 stars but I don't like the new set-up. It's set up like Subway. When I call in my orders, they always interrupt me and say "do you want everything on that...the classic way?" and they do that after every sub. If I didn't want what was on it, I'd say that....it's kind of annoying. Usually, the staff is very friendly too, which is nice. :) read more

What happened?! Some Cousins stores are no comparison to others. This location used to be my favorite and I am only in the area once a month so I always looked forward to it. I'd call in my order and request grilled onions. Not hot onions - grilled. To the point of just about black. My sub was always perfect! And loaded! When I placed this order I could tell the voice on the other end of the phone was someone who had never taken my order before so I was very specific about the onions. Stopped in to pick it up and saw all new staff, a fairly unclean dining room, and nowhere near as many people dining as usual. Clarified when paying for my order that the onions would be black. Was told yes by a very friendly woman. Great. Handed her my punch card and was told they were no longer accepting them. What? Uh oh. This has to mean new management. Too bad for the loyal patrons who eat there often. It says a lot when an establishment offers customer appreciation rewards after a certain number of purchases. Oh well, my lunch will be awesome and the people are so very nice, who cares who owns the place or if I get a freebie at the end of the year, and maybe it's a little dirty in there because they were busy earlier. Was rushed so I had to eat while rolling. HUGE mistake! Had I opened my sandwich in the lot and eaten it in the car as usual I would have gone back in and ordered another with the onions at least browned and without black olives! Since when are there black olives on a Cheesesteak? I can't have black olives so my sandwich, along with almost 7 bucks, went in a trash can at the next McDonalds that I saw down the interstate.
