They do have several tables throughout the restaurant/bar as well but they were all packed while we were in there. The bathrooms were clean. Service: Really nice bartender/waitress. She was quick to make recommendations and served up a WICKEDLY good bloody mary. It took us about 40 minutes to get our food after ordering so this is not somewhere to go if you are on a time crunch. Food: Yum yum yum! I had the reuben sandwich and minus the bread getting soggy on one side it was delicious. I also tried their potato salad and their reuben chowder. Everything was a homerun and I was in a food coma for the rest of the day and decided to skip dinner. I can't wait to come back here. I wish it was closer to home so I could kick back a couple of beers and just hang out and enjoy the vibes, but it'll be worth the drive when we do go just because of the food and staff.

Service: They brought the food promptly and took our orders correctly. Food: The flavor was good but my hot sandwich was served luke-warm at best. Be careful which type of bread you order, based on the bread type you select for your sandwich determines your sandwich size. I think toasted is less messy and tastier. Added Northside fries and a slice of chocolate cake. Total under $40. Will be back!! Great meal made to order. After eating we agreed next time we are wanting a sandwich or any burger place we would eat Chicago House of Hoagies instead - much healthier and more filling. I ate half of mine saving the rest for later, he ate all of his and is very full. He said "If I am going to break my keto & have carbs - this sandwich is worth it!"

On July 23, I ordered from Jimmy John's and my order was incorrect. The store told me they would…read moreput my name "in the book" so I could redeem a free sub on a future order. Yesterday, I called the Neenah Jimmy John's (Store #0623) to redeem that sub and placed a delivery order. I was informed there were no Jimmy John's drivers available, so the order would be delivered through a third-party service. That was perfectly fine with me. The order was expected around 6:45 p.m. A little after 7:00 p.m., my husband received a text saying it had been delivered. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. My husband immediately called the store to explain what happened. The employee he spoke with, Chris, was extremely rude (we were on speaker). At one point, she told him, "I don't have to help you." When my husband tried to explain the situation, she sarcastically said, "Bye," and hung up on him. I called back and spoke with the manager, Alex. She claimed there were phone issues, but that wasn't what happened. Chris intentionally ended the call after saying "bye." Alex then told me I would have to contact DoorDash for a refund because they handled the delivery. That didn't make sense to me since I placed the order directly with Jimmy John's, not DoorDash. I asked to speak with the store manager's supervisor, district manager, or owner, but Alex said she could not provide any contact information. It's hard to believe there is no way for a customer to escalate a serious complaint to someone above the store level. After getting nowhere, receiving conflicting information, and dealing with rude customer service, I ended the call. In the end, I never received my food, never got my replacement sub, and never received a refund. This was the worst customer service experience I've had. I would not recommend the Jimmy John's in Neenah (Store #0623) based on how this situation was handled. I

The restaurant is comfortable with spacious booths and tables spread nicely through several dining areas. The service has always been solid and the food has been tasty and reasonably priced. Today, I had breakfast with a friend. We were seated promptly and received our coffees (and a carafe) shortly after. The menu isn't as huge as some breakfast places but offers something for everyone. You can also get lunch starting at 10 AM. I've had their breakfast buffet (check for hours), their cinnamon rolls and several breakfast items. They have always been appropriately prepared. Today, I had their eggs Benedict. The hashbrowns accompanying the meal were fantastic. The flavor was good; however, my eggs were harder than requested. My friend had the kielbasa/sausage, which looked good too. Our server was attentive and helpful. If you are in the area, this is a tried and true restaurant!
