We recently stayed at this location and were very pleased. You would think...airport hotel, but it was perfect. they staff was friendly. The shuttle was able to pick us up at water taxi. The room was clean and well stocked. However, my favorite was the bar/ restaurant . The burger was great. The ladies who worked 8/17/23 night were an absolute treat. They were happy and it showed. Their personalities and how they worked together rubbed off on us. Do not hesitate to stay here. I am sorry I wasn't able to review on Marriott. I waited to long. I stayed at this Courtyard Marriott before a concert at the TD Garden... the hotel is literally right across the street. I am still in shock that you can stay in this good a location in Boston for under $200 per night. This hotel is extremely clean and modern. The staff was friendly and the entire experience was flawless. Valet parking was easy, and although $53 isn't fun to pay for parking, you're going to find that anywhere in Boston. When we were ready to leave, all we had to do was text a number and the car was magically waiting for us. If you are debating a place to stay at a TD Garden event, this is the place. read more

When I arrived on Sunday night, completely spent after my travels through Hurricane Florence, Chante greeted me with such joy! Throughout my entire stay requests were taken care of promptly and I always saw a cheerful face during the night shift when she was working. I truly feel like she should be training other employees across the Marriott group on how to make guests feel welcome. In my group of coworkers staying there, 2 others said amazing things about her. We all arrived late at night for an early morning conference so her kindness was well-timed and I'll never forget it. Feeling comforts of home when you're​ thousands of miles away is a priceless perk of a good hotel. Location: Right next to TD Garden for concerts and sports, walking distance to tons of pubs, shopping and Italian restaurants in Little Italy. I was able to see a lot using my own 2 feet. Amenities​: The lobby is equipped with lots of open seating and a small color-coded library which I thought was a nice touch. There's a gym and a restaurant, I didn't​ use either one, but they always seemed to have customers. OverallI would recommend this hotel and will likely be using t for business travel in the future. We stayed here at the end of July. From the valet, to the front desk to housekeeping - everything was top notch! Room was spacious, we had a view of the bridge! And everything was walkable...we walked to Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Little Italy, Paul Revere house and the aquarium! Wear good walking shoes!! Parking is valet. CVS is one block away for sodas, snacks, water, etc. There are great places to eat all around. The only con is our room was noisy, we heard all the traffic at night. But we would definitely be back if we come back to Boston! read more

We stayed at the Marriott on our first trip to Boston. The hotel was in a very good area that allowed us to walk to many of our places and the subway was right across the street. Great location if you are attending a Bruins or Celtic game as it was right across the street. Many good restaurants locally and it was a short ride from Logan Airport. The hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was really nice and the housekeeping services kept us stocked with fresh towels and toiletries that were high end. The staff were very pleasant and they always greeted you with a good morning or welcome back. The morning coffee was Starbucks and they had some really simple menu items if you were hungry. There was a small bar with friendly bar staff that took good care of us and recommended other places to eat or go see. All of the rooms in Boston were expensive but this was as good as it got. The Bruins made it to the Stanley Cup finals and the hotel sold out immediately so I'm grateful that we made these reservations early to preserve our pricing. I would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Boston. read more

Clean hotel with convenient access to the green and orange T. The room is big with a sofa that can be pulled out as an extra bed. The bathroom is oversized in my opinion and one issue I had was the difficulty in controlling the sink water temperature. It was either cold or too hot. read more

This hotel was everything you could want for a great price! From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted by friendly employees that were very helpful. The hotel looked new and clean, the room was spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The bedding was lovely (seriously, I need that in my everyday life), and the bathroom was large and modern with a beautiful shower. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend! I was lucky enough to stay here the very first night it was open (St. Patrick's Day weekend). It really just couldn't have been in a better location. We were able to walk out the door and into all the Boston fun we could handle. There's a lot very close by for the daytime too (y'know like Mike's Pastry!). We had an amazing view from our room of the bridge and TD Garden (across the street!). I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I can tell you that the thought and details that went into these rooms were top notch. There were no fewer than 10 USB ports (in my regular old room). If you travel a lot, you know what a game changer just having one is, so to have such a surplus is amazing. Now, I'm not 100%, but, I think that some of them were also rapid chargers. So there's that too. The room also had a smart TV (no more laptop sized Netflix and Hulu in bed!). Another huge game changer for a business traveler. Basically, all those little things that, when you travel for work, you wish the hotel would do differently, they are done here. Classy bottled water in coolers in the gym, spacious gym with a full free weight set, water bottle refill station outside of the conference rooms, charging ports IN the tables in the conference rooms, covered valet parking, generous and varied lobby seating, avo toast at the Bistro, etc. Everyone we dealt with on staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel was brand spanking new, so it should be obvious but if not, it was incredibly clean and in perfect shape. read more

Location was the big thing for me. Could not find a better hotel for events at TD Garden. It's right across the street! Was also within walking distance of Quincy Market, Little Italy, and plenty of historic sites. Also, about 10 min from the airport by taxi/Uber. I understand that it just recently opened and it looked like it. Very clean and everything worked fine. My one dig is that we had our kids with us (so 4 people in the room) and they only left us 3 bath towels. We had to keep asking for an extra towel every day. This hotel was just a perfect place to stay to watch our daughter run the Boston Marathon! The location was great and close to T stations and food! The staff was remarkable! Khara and Tony treated us like we were family! The lobby become an unofficial Marathon "Party" ! Everyone gathered in the festive area chatting and encouraging the runners! Spent a Saturday night here and was very pleased with the hotel. Impeccably clean, everywhere you looked at all times. Modern, updated finishes. Fun, spacious, comfortable lobby area. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Truly, this seems to be less and less common these days and we appreciate kindness, smiles, and just a general feeling they are glad you are there. The room was spacious and clean, everything as it needed to be. It was quiet - we never heard another guest. Which I feared wouldn't be the case when we discovered it was a home Bruins game night and the hotel had a ton of visitors for the game. Elevators were fast. Fitness center was large, fastidiously clean, and had everything you could hope for including a peleton bike and disposable earbuds. Very nice to have Starbucks coffee in the lobby that I could charge to my room and enjoy in the lobby before the rest of the family woke up for the day. The hotel restaurant breakfast was good - not any more expensive than other places around would be. Great way to start before a full day exploring the city. Location is incredibly convenient. A T stop very close by. Walking distance to so many restaurants and sites. And of course TD Garden is RIGHT there. Our 12th floor room even had views of the water. Horrible customer service. We were traveling from NY with a toddler . When we got to the hotel they told us that they didn't have a room for us and gave us a voucher for another property downtown for $140 less than the amount we had originally paid for the north station location. We had requested for a king bed and had other specifics since we were traveling with a toddler. We reached downtown hotel after being stuck in traffic way past the toddlers bedtime and we were given a cheap room next to the elevator (very noisy ) ,had smelly carpets and didn't even have a king size bed. Attempted to talk to the manager at North station who chose to "go on a break" and didn't return my call. Not only did the courtyard at North station handle this very poorly but they also pocketed some money( $140) from our booking. Never staying again and have written to BBB about them. read more

Went and stayed for the Duran Duran concert. This was a great location to stay for a concert at TD Garden! We got the Party at the Garden package. There were a few issues with that. I would just get a regular room next time and not spend the extra money as there was a lot of confusion at check in as to what was included and what was not. Was suppose to be breakfast and parking with an upgraded room. Not sure if our room as upgraded or not but we could look out the window and see the Garden. They did not have us on the list for breakfast, but they too care of it. We were comped a drink at the bar, then I was charged $58 for parking. By then we had left so didn't feel like fighting it. The room was clean and quiet and had everything to be comfortable. We did get late check out. For $600 a night I did find it a bit of poor taste to have a label on the water in the room that they would charge you $7.50 if it was opened. read more

Not a normal Marriott experience. The reduced staff is to be expected with the covid precautions but the ones that are there are burned out and have poor attitudes. The valet staff was not helpful or nice our entire stay. One of them actually raised his voice at me when I wasn't smart enough to text the number ticket I was given. The HR manager was pitching in to help and was very nice and helpful but pretty much everyone else had attitude. We didn't have and extra needs besides valeting our car and checking in. read more

The hotel was lovely. We had an enjoyable stay, the staff was very agreeable and the location was unbeatable. The doormen were great but they did try to stop us from entering, and only let us in after seeing we were hotel guests. While it was not super convenient to be dropped, I appreciated that because it made me feel like the hotel was safer! My only complaint and it is much more a personal complaint vs a complaint of the hotel is that I found the beds to be uncomfortable. I think if you LOVE a really soft and fluffy bed, you'd have a great night's sleep. I unfortunately do not, therefore did not sleep well. Because that is much more a personal preference than a review of the hotel, I still give my stay 4 stars. read more

Just stayed 5 nights at this hotel on a visit to Boston. Price averaged around $500 per night due to graduation season. I have experienced far better service at hotels at less than half that price and feel totally ripped off. Customer service at the front desk is nonexistent. When I asked for restaurant recommendations nearby, I was told to Google it. Same when I asked for local rental car agencies. We had requested extra towels during the evening. At 11 pm the staff woke us up by calling our room to see if we had the towels and when we said no, they delivered them at 1130 pm. They advertise having a business center. They do NOT have a business center. When I asked at the front desk, I was directed to a single Apple and a single pc computer perched on a counter in the lobby where you had to stand to use them. These were in the middle of a high traffic area with no privacy to make any phone calls and no chairs to sit at while using the computer. On my single attempt at using the computer, the front desk staff seemed confused and annoyed when I asked for a pen and paper. They do not service the rooms unless you request housekeeping. When I requested housekeeping after 2 days, the staff made the beds and did literally nothing else. There was a bag of garbage left near the elevator on the 7th floor and not moved or picked up for the last 2 days of our stay. read more

I found a great deal for this hotel on HotelTonight.com ($75/night!) and took advantage of the deal and planned a 4-day trip to Boston. Every employee I interacted with gave exceptional service and the room was very clean! I lived the shower--it was spacious, the shower head was like 7 feet high, and the water was piping hot (the way I like it, but the water could be adjusted to any level of warmth without issue). There was ample heat and AC in the room--I like to sleep in a cool room so even though it was December, I was still able to use the AC in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room had several outlets with easy access. The fitness room was great, also with floor space for yoga, there was a luggage check in the lobby with complimentary hot chocolate every afternoon. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone! read more
