Ample parking even with potholes to deal with. I think the owners of the rental units are responsible for paving the property. Some serious repaving is desperately needed. There are many other wonderful units located within this particular area. Cigars, wines, Chinese food, and other wonderful spots! Well worth making a visit! However, this review is about this venue. I'll be back to visit the other spots because of their uniqueness! The decorations were wonderful! I think they were provided by the persons that booked the unit. They also had servers for food. However, I think that too was booked via the people that rented the venue. The napkins, which were cloth, were dirty and limp. Ugh! Those need to be replaced. Those were quite objectionably dirty! Same with the white table cloths. (Fake)flower arrangements were nice. They matched the decor for this setting. Chairs need serious updating/replacement or a good scrubbing. Bathrooms were clean and the toilets flushed. Lack of toilet paper was limited. As was hot water and soap. I was a guest. Would I rent here? Yes I would, if the price was right. He was present, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Any time we needed something, he and his staff were right there, ready to help without hesitation. His team was just as amazing--friendly, welcoming, and truly made us and all of our guests feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience they provide, and it shows in every detail. This celebration would not have been the same without their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step in whenever needed. I will say that it is next to the Walgreens but towards the back when you pull in and can be hard to see the building if you come to an evening class. My first visit was during the day, so I knew where to look each time after. Maybe a building light shining on the banner/building address, would help. Water fountain is not functional for whatever reason so I suggest you bring water if you are attending classes. I didn't know this but luckily I teach a lot so I'm use to no water break within an hour of class time.

Our venue coordinator, Leslie, was outstanding from start to finish. She was responsive, organized, and anticipated our needs long before the wedding week. When the ice storm became a real concern, Leslie and the River Ranch team were clearly prepared and put us completely at ease. Then, just an hour and a half before the ceremony, our outside wedding coordinator unexpectedly bailed. Leslie immediately stepped in without hesitation and kept everything running smoothly. Despite the weather reducing our guest count, the staff was phenomenal. The servers and bar staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, and they truly turned what could have been a disaster into the wedding we wanted. The food was excellent--especially the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and appetizers. The staff even made sure we ate and sent us home with care packages afterward. We can't recommend River Ranch Stockyards highly enough and would absolutely use them again for future events.
