This is the best dry cleaners in Mountain View. Ann simply rocks, my shirts seem very happy to visit Courtesy Cleaners and come home clean and pressed. read more

This place is great! I had a stubborn stain on one of my tops and they were able to take care of it! Fast and friendly service - this will be my go to place from now on. So glad I found a reliable place close to home for my dry cleaning needs. read more

This is the go-to shop if you're military. The staff there is super friendly and are well-familiar with military tailor, especially if you're Air Force! I went here to get my ranks and nametapes stitched on two of my blouses. Service was fast, only a couple days excluding weekends, and if I remember correctly, the total was under $20 for both blouses. Will definitely come again for their service! read more

Neighbors raved about their dry cleaning so decided to give them a try for buttons & mending with 10 articles of clothing. She would not quote me the price but said she would call me to let me know before she started work as she needed to ask the alteration person. Never called and when I returned she stiffed me with a hefty bill. $3/button and $5/mending hole. Rather than adding button, she made a new hole in my shirt. Mending work was crooked and uneven. I haven't tried their dry cleaning but after getting stiffed on this, I am not going to support their business. Rather drive to the cleaners closer to work. read more

Question the integrity of this establishment. On separate occasions for dress shirts, pointed out areas where I accumulated small stains. One time, was charged an extra $2, which had never been the case with previous trips to this or other dry cleaners. When questioned why I was charged extra, I was told because of the stain. Assumed it may have been a new policy. However, on a subsequent visit, there was no additional fee. A seam also came apart on a suit jacket that was dry cleaned here... the jacket isn't the best so didn't bother pointing it out. It's the questionable integrity that is more concerning. read more

Unfortunately I cannot give them above a 1 star as far as service goes. I dropped off a wool blanket to be cleaned a week ago, I came to pick it up on the day they said it would be ready and was told I would need to come back 3 days later. A phone call would have been nice so I would not have wasted my time. I didn't pick the date to pick it up - they did - so if it isn't going to be ready then they should have had the "COURTESY" (as in the name of their business) to give me a call. I won't be back, I don't have time for that kind of nonsense particularly when there are so many other dry cleaners to choose from. read more

This is the place to go to for all your alterations and dry cleaning needs. They are astute in what they do and has been in business for many years. Ann, the primary owner, is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. If you come here often, she will remember you by name. This place exceeds my expectations. Highly recommended! read more

Hands down the best dry cleaners I've ever used. Service is great, the prices are right, and Ahn somehow manages to remember the name of pretty much every customer, even ones like me who only come in every so often. They even do great alterations; whenever I buy a new shirt, this is the first place I bring it to get the sides taken in. 10/10, would recommend. read more

We are so thankful for Courtesy Cleaners fast & friendly service. Dropped off clothes for a funeral, both gentlemen were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this shop & plan to return. read more

Read reviews on Google Maps, seemed favorable, cheap, and close to my house, so I thought I'd give it a try. Good work, but lost my shirt, lied to me about it, and made me work to resolve the problem. First time: Place seemed a bit shabby, but friendly service and the clothes were well cleaned. However, when I went to pick them up, I noticed one was missing and there was a mad dash to find it, but they did. Second time: Told I could pick up 13 shirts after 4:00 on Friday. Arrived at 3:57 and told I was early and the shirts weren't ready. Waited 10 minutes before they told me one was still not done. They tried to get me to take what was ready, but I said I would rather come back in an hour, as I was going to be traveling. Returned two hours later. Was told the "unfinished shirt" was really lost. Charged me full price for cleaning and told me they would call me by the next Wednesday with shirt - said they probably gave it to another customer?! Nice. Wednesday arrives, no phone call. I call Thursday, get several people who don't speak English on phone. They do manage to communicate that owner (Annie) will be there any minute and will call me. She never does call, so I call a second time. They had found my shirt, but never bothered calling me. Being friendly and cleaning the shirts were completely negated by their horrible customer service. I don't like being lied to, nor having to follow up for a company to fix their own mistakes. They cost me three trips to their store, two times during rush hour on a Friday. You'd think they'd offer a discount to make up for that, but no such insight on their part. In retrospect, I was a little reluctant to use the place when I saw how crummy it looked. My experience in business is that is often an indicator of how the business is run at large. Probably a correct guess. I think they lost the shirt because they don't even appear to use a tagging system, like every other dry cleaner I've ever used. I only take the time to write reviews for really good or bad service. In this case clearly bad. If you lie to customers and waste their time, you don't deserve business. read more

Excellent service. Made you feel like you've been going there forever. Will be back!

I came here because of the reviews! They are amazing! They are so sweet and friendly! I brought them a dress that is 18 years old, wore on my first date with husband, it had a stain on it, and she said upfront she was not sure they could get the stain out since so old! I was fine with that I figured that already. I picked the dress up 3 days later and the stain was gone!! They were so sweet, I gave her a big hug! :) I love this place!! read more

I'm a first time customer so I got the 10% discount (without asking). This is the friendliest dry cleaners I've ever used. Love the neighborhood business vibe! I'm located about a 10 minute walk away so I can get in a little exercise too. Bonus points there. I usually bring in my stuff when it's pretty grubby. Other dry cleaners might need more than one go at it to get out the worst bits. My stuff came back spotless and beautifully pressed. I got excellent advice on what to do my beloved suede jacket. What cleaners will recommend you wait another 2-3 years before cleaning it because the cost is so high? read more

The staff are very accommodating. I had a couple of urgent requests over a weekend and was able to get an order in on Saturday and returned on Monday morning. Great customer service overall. read more

I don't dry clean my clothes often so I've only come here once when I needed my shirt and suit to be dry cleaned and pressed before a wedding since regular ironing doesn't give you that crisp look. The creases on the shirt and pants came out perfectly. It held up for the most part in the suit travel bag through the plane flight and only needed a quick iron touch-up. I'm glad I've found a reasonably priced (best price in the area) and conveniently located dry cleaner. read more

I can't thank Ann and her team enough. Always with a smile, my dry cleaning always comes back perfect. Service is top notch- military uniforms also come back perfect. Thank you for supporting the armed service. read more

Love this launder/dry cleaner. They are fast and reliable. Whenever I drop off clothes that need to be laundered they are efficient at processing the order, and I'm only charged two dollars for every shirt that's laundered and pressed. Not only is the price right, the people who work there are so sweet! I actually look forward to going to the dry cleaners -- I've never found a launder/cleaners I like as much is this one read more

Finally found a good and cheap place to get my clothes altered. Very reasonable prices.

Not only are they great at what they do, their customer service and attention to detail is unmatched! They've even help me carry the stuff to my car, I've never had that kind of service. I discovered Ann not too long ago (thanks Yelp!) and I couldn't be happier. I use them regularly for dry cleaning (I have a VERY picky BF who expects perfection) They were above and beyond meeting our expectations. We recently went there for alterations as well and couldn't be happier, not too mention the prices are VERY reasonable. I will forever be a loyal customer and would highly recommend them :) read more

This is the best Dry Cleaner around. They have the best prices as well. I never have time to pick up and drop off but my husband does it for me. Great people and great place. My clothes looks fantastic!!! read more

Courtesy Cleaners has things down pat. Their name really says it all - Anh is the sweetest girl and she always remembers my name - courtesy at it's finest. My clothes are always clean and pressed and they have never lost anything. I love the fact that they clean everything IN HOUSE, so I don't have to worry about my items running amuck at the "warehouse" - they take full responsibility for my garments. The price is right and they are open late enough (7pm I believe) for me to dash there after I get off work. As long as I'm employed in their neck of the woods, they will be my cleaners. I'll be referring my roommate (who also works in Sunnyvale) to them today!! read more

They are my only dryer cleaners in the bay area. Prices are reasonable. They are quick. They are friendly and I can tell they did a good job on my clothes. I really cant ask for more. I would highly recommend them. read more

Courtesy Cleaners has become my go to dry cleaning shop after trying other cleaning locally and being shocked by prices. The reason Courtesy Cleaners has lower prices is because they do their cleaning in house, versus shipping it out (as explained to me). Thus far I have been pleased with the results after a few months of regular weekly use. I estimate the prices are about 25% less than the standard for the area. While I do have to drive to the other side of Mountain View (as I live on the border with Los Altos), my regularity of dry cleaning is worth the savings...plus I strategize my trips so it's on the way with errands like cheap gas and Costco. The gal at the counter has even memorized my name. Impressive for this little hole in the wall cleaners. Glad to finally have found my cleaners with a sustainable price tag. read more

Great dry cleaners. I came here due to the high yelp review. The staff was very friendly. I dropped off a couple of pairs of pants to be hemmed, a jacket with a tear, and other clothes for dry cleaning on a Wed or Thurs - can't remember which and needed them by Saturday morning. Initially, I was told it would take longer, but I told them about the situation, and they didn't complain, but just said they would get it done. They then gave me a quote, and then I came back, picked up my clothes with no issue. The hemmed pants were very well done, and repair of a tear in my jacket great. Dry cleaning was great too. read more

Very inexpensive and they do good work and a great attitude towards customer service ( short a quester? They let it go. Don't have cash and the total is too low for their charge limit, they will let you pay next time. Etc) I'm quite happy with them and plan to continue using them! I would give them five stores except they fall down a little bit in organization. Don't lose your ticket; still get your stuff, but it might take them a while to find it. If you have a partial order pick up and the rest goes back for one reason or another (in my case a forgotten hem repair) hang onto your ticket. read more

Affordable, friendly, family owned business. We are new to this area and I decided to try this place after reading some reviews. My girlfriend had a bunch of items to be cleaned and the price was a lot lower than we expected. The lady also was super friendly and gave us a discount when she found out that we were new customers. The clothes came back clean and neatly folded, like they really cared about the clothes. We will definitely do our dry cleaning here from now on! read more

Been going here a few years now excellent service and staff highly recommended. Ann is always very helpful and adds a personal touch by greeting you by first name whenever I stop by. Love this place. read more

Anne (Owner) is very kind and is fair about business. I've gone through a few cleaners in the area to find this one. They are the best. I even trust them with my $500 suit. They pay attention to the small things. When I brought in my pants in for dry cleaning, and asked how much to sew a button back on the pants, she said free. It's a nice gesture you wouldn't find at most places. Also, you'll appreciate their considerable lower rates as compared to other conventional dry cleaners (non-green) in MV, but don't worry that you're somehow getting less. I would argue you're getting more for less in this case. I think the main reason they charge less is because of the location, though safe, is on the outskirts of MV and a bit hidden. I only wish they were using greener chemicals... I would pay a little more for that. read more

Great spot for Googlers. It's a 1min drive from the quad. Shirts are 2 dollars to Launder and press. Timely service as well.

The front desk lady is super friendly. My boyfriend forgot our photo booth strips in his pocket when I took the suit here for dry cleaning. I just assumed we lost the pictures. When picking up I asked about the photos with very little hope, the front desk lady immediately recalled and retrieved it for me. She told me once they found a wedding ring in a jacket lol. They kept everything left in customers' pocket no matter the size though! Prices are fair too. Will definitely return. read more

Courtesy Cleaners was the only place we found that was able to steam and press my wedding dress and my husband's three-piece suit on the day of the wedding. They were able to do both after we dropped the items off at 9am and we got at back by noon! Our wedding would've been a big wrinkly mess without these guys. Highly recommend them! read more

Exceptional service and unbeatable prices. I am so glad to have found a dry cleaners that I can trust with my treasured pieces. I have taken many silk blouses here and they do a great job in getting out any stains and my clothes come back looking brand new. The turnover time is great and Ann is so friendly and great to talk with. This business is reliable and their prices are inexpensive considering the customer service and quality. Highly recommend Ann and Courtesy Cleaners as a go-to laundry service. read more

Ann is wonderful, this is such a great business. Exceptional service time after time, she is also very accommodating to try and help on special requests such as stains are tears. I have been using this place for two years, ever since i moved here to the bay area. Would absolutely recommend!! read more

The only way I could give this placae five stars is if Ann would come home with us and organize our closets! Courtesy cleanaers is fabulous. She has hemmed several dresses for me and extended the length on another. She does a fabulous job quickly and at a fair and reasonable price. This is a recent discovery. We come from Stanford to Courtesy Cleaners and it is worth every extra mile. I am starting an "Ann Fan Club." read more

Great service and super friendly people. You ask them if they can do something and I have never heard the word 'no'. I highly recommend them to everyone. read more

I used Courtesy Cleaners for many years. They did good work and are close to my home and office. So I tolerated their often confused service, which meant a wait of 5-10 minutes, sometimes more, to locate an order I came in to pick up. I was a low-maintenance customer. I waited patiently while they searched the whole store for my clothes. I hardly ever asked for an order earlier than the date they suggested. Over time, more often than not, a shirt was missing when I picked up. It showed up on the next visit, expect for one time a couple of years when one of my shirts was lost. I didn't know which one it was. It wasn't one of my favorites or most expensive ones, so I let it go. But I started to keep a mental note of what I brought in and what came back. This one-shirt-missing pattern continued until a couple of weeks ago, when another shirt was lost. This time it was a Taylor Stitch shirt that was one of my favorites, and was expensive. (Taylor Stitch is a store in San Francisco that sells men's and women's clothing made in California. I really like their stuff and give taylorstitch.com a shout out.) They immediately wrote me a check for the price of the shirt, $125. Great, right? Yes. Sort of. After storming out of the store with the check, and without the shirt, I went to the Taylor Stitch website and found that there was exactly one of those shirts left In my size. I got the last one. If I'd waited longer, it's very likely I would not have been able to replace that exact shirt, at any price. After more than 3 weeks, they called and said a customer had returned my shirt. At this point I had already replaced it, so I did not care. To me, this just confirmed that they had lost it and given it to the wrong customer. Not acceptable. You'd think that the most important thing a dry cleaning company does is do a good job cleaning your clothes, but it's actually the second most important thing they do. The most important thing is to return every item of clothing you bring in, every time. Courtesy Cleaners has many loyal customers, and perhaps they have never had similar experiences, but I don't trust them anymore and will never go back. read more

This place is great! I literally cannot say enough about the people that work there and the work they do. First off the hours are great, they open early and stay late to cater to the large businesses in the area. Second the owner is AMAZING! She seems to remember everyone or tries to get to know you. You can tell she really cares unlike many owners. The service is fast and the price is right! They'll even expedite your items if need be. They truly go above and beyond here. I had some troubles at home and needed all my clothes washed in a day, not a problem. Gave them 24 hours and it was folded and ready to go! I'd recommend this place to everyone I know! read more
