The prices here at the taco truck by the market compared to trucks in those other two general areas are outrageous! $18 for "birratacos". $7 for sodas (like, a single standard sized orange Fanta in a glass bottle). Still, despite the sticker shock, I decided to play an order and give the place the benefit of the doubt. I paid with a debit card. There's a sign on the taco truck itself that says MasterCard/Visa/etc. cards are accepted. The cashier asked me if I had any cash. I said no. He ran my card but charged me another dollar for the card transaction, I guess. There was no sign posted on or around the front window warning potential customers about this charge. Then, of course, they had me sign a receipt with the option of providing a tip. For the record, I still tipped - not entirely sure for what other than getting nickel and dimed. When my order was ready, he asked if I wanted salsa. I asked politely for green. He gave me one small plastic container. The guest prior received at least three. The food itself was fine. Somewhat soggy and the presentation was apathetic at best, but the flavor was average. Definitely NOT worth the premium price. I can only assume the chainlink fence that surrounds the taco truck is to prevent angry and gypped previous customers from seeking retaliation after closing. I'm kidding, but barely. In review, the prices are exorbitant, the hidden fees are uncomfortable, the service is inconsistent at best, and the food itself is just average. I can confidently say: I will not be returning.

We ordered the indian burger - vada pav (highly recommend & delicious), chicken rice bowl (tasty), chicken bombay roll (indian burrito with chicken - nice flavors and huge) along with their gun powder fries (amazing). While I liked all their dishes their chicken bombay roll had way too much rice but had good flavors. It was tasty just a little too much of rice imo. I reduced a star for 2 reasons - 1. This place isnt cheap 2. They change their food truck location which is okay but their online order via Uber Eats does not work. Atleast when I was trying for 2 days it said the food truck is not available while they actually were in operation. They would not answer their phone call and we had to locate their food truck to place our bulk order for a large group. Hence reduced the star. All in all I would order back from here but hope they figure out why Uber Eats or Postmates or delivery.com were unable to process any online order even when they were around changing locations in Olympia. Dont have the bandwidth to chase them on the streets of Olympia tbh.

Unfortunately, most places were already closed, so our options were limited--we decided to give this bar a try since they served pizza, and we're really glad we did. The employees were friendly and welcoming. They did seem a bit preoccupied with what we assumed were regulars, but it didn't take away from our experience. The food came out quickly and was really good. The pizza was especially delicious, chicken bacon ranch--definitely a highlight. We also tried the cheese curds, which were tasty (a little greasy, but that's to be expected). The atmosphere was great--clean, well-lit, and not overly loud like many bars can be. There were lots of board games available and even free popcorn, which made it feel like a fun, relaxed, and family-friendly spot. It's not over-the-top or trying too hard--just a genuinely enjoyable place to hang out. We didn't order any drinks this time, but the blueberry lemon cider caught my eye, and I'll definitely be trying that on our next visit. Overall, this was an unexpectedly great find!

I ordered the Kickin Hawaiian pizza on a cauliflower crust, and it was honestly amazing, perfect balance of flavors, and the crust was surprisingly good. It's not always easy to find a cauliflower crust that holds up well, but this one did! Their beer selection is solid, and everything we tried was enjoyable. The only one small note for me is that the mugs weren't chilled, so the beer was a bit warmer than I personally prefer. That's just a me thing. That said, it didn't take away from an overall great experience. Definitely a spot we'd come back to, great food, good beer, and a laid-back local vibe that's easy to enjoy!
