The fries were super fresh--clearly made to order--and we learned they change their oil daily, which really shows in the quality. From the start, the experience felt thoughtful and personal. The cashier was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and one of the owners, Joseph, even came out from the kitchen to hand us our food. We were also given some house-made hot sauce and dried Aleppo pepper that he brought back from visiting family in Lebanon, such a unique and memorable touch. We also appreciated the overall design of the space and branding. The packaging felt intentional and well done, and the free stickers were a fun bonus.
