I never have to wait long. The place is always clean and I see employees cleaning every time I'm there. I love that the dinning area is large enough for parties but also for just a few. I'm reminded of the ambiance of going for pizza in the late 70s early 80s when it was a community bonding experience. Tonight we tried the seasonal pizza, Butter Chicken Pizza. WOW, like WOW! We've been loyal customers since 2018 and have spent a lot of money supporting this restaurant over the years, which made this experience even more frustrating. The service was noticeably poor from the start. Our waitress rarely checked on our table, and throughout the evening we were never offered drink refills. We had to go out of our way to get attention whenever we needed something. For a large birthday gathering, we expected much better customer service. What really stood out was that a toddler at our table was asked to turn down their tablet. Under normal circumstances that might be understandable, but this was taking place in a restaurant hosting karaoke with loud music and the usual busy restaurant noise. It felt unnecessary and inconsistent given the environment. As long-time customers, we left feeling unwelcome and overlooked. We understand that restaurants have busy nights, but basic customer service, attentiveness, and common sense should still be expected.
