The weekday dinner had lobsters and the weekend lunch had crayfish. We enjoyed all the food and the waitstaff was very attentive, they made quick rounds to collect plates and refill sodas. There is a lot of variety in the selections and they're all pretty tasty. Their sushi was good, we really it. The only thing I did not like was the wasabi, it looked neon green, the color of slimer from ghostbusters... it was looking too artificial. Their dessert/fruit table also has a wide selection and we had no issues whatsoever. The ice cream machine was kind of slow, I saw a lot of people had difficulty with the chocolate side of the machine. This is a great option to have out in the Poconos. We will alway return.

There is a nice fountain in front for ambiance. Some of the food was mislabeled or had no signage. There was some sushi which was fine, but no hibachi option. It was nice to have fruit options with dessert. There was a variety of meats, noodles, and soups. There wasn't a ton of variety, but it'll do the trick. Neither of us felt great after, but I can't tell if it's the quantity or quantity. The prices are a little cheaper during the week and during lunch where there is one flat rate on Sunday, so if you're going on one of those days, it may feel like better bang for your buck.

My first time in Elmira, I was there for an appointment. BF and I were hungry after appointment,…read moreand decided to use Yelp to find a Chinese buffet. There were sit down restaurants, that had much higher stars and better reviews. But we prefer buffets, so we can have a little of everything. Something we very much missed during Covid. So even it had lower stars, we decided to give it a go. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very big, decorated nicely, and clean. The staff were super friendly. Some people came in and the staff knew their names. We felt like we were apart of the neighborhood. The food was basic Chinese food. I love Chinese chicken wings and I think Buffets are the most economical way of having them. Their chicken wings were delicious. I also loved the Honey chicken, had a couple pieces of sushi, the you peel shrimp was delish! There were some items that I didn't like. Their egg rolls, nope not for me. The mussels were ok. I did notice that they had chicken nuggets, jello, pudding, Ice cream, etc...non- Chinese items, probably for the kids.I thought that was very thoughtful. Price was very reasonable! 2 people 30.00. + we tipped 6.00. I enjoyed it very much. I did find it odd that not all food was labeled. But if not looked tasty, I tried it. lol but seriously, it would be nice to have all the labels updated properly. I can see why there are regulars. Once you figure out what you like, you can just slide in and load up. Not perfect, but nice experience. If I had to go back to Elmira, I would eat there again. Give it a go. I think it deserves higher stars. We all know when we eat buffets, foods are going to be hit or miss. I just focused I what I did like. I'd also like to add, that I loved that they had fresh fruit and veggie dishes.

I placed my ordered via app and ordered several dishes like always. One particular dish was chicken and snow peas and they used green beans instead. They told my son they would give him something for free for the mixup and I don't see what that was unless it was a tiny box with white rice. The egg rolls have zero flavor and the food doesn't look appealing at all. We asked for sweet and sour sauce for our three shrimp egg rolls and yet no sweet and sour sauce. It's sad because coming from China town this was the closest I found to Chinese food in this area. Now it's just like all the other 3 star places. Just a place to fill your belly. Not to enjoy the cuisine. And just as flavorless. If I were to post a photo and you printed it and ate it ... the photo would have more flavor. Don't waste your money. Wait until the reviews pick up. Hopefully They'll get the Hint.

After a 3 hour drive up to the resort we checked in took a nap and began our exploration. We walked around and decided to go to the buffet for a casual on property bite to eat. $63.58 later we were escorted to our table. Of course we didn't sit we went straight to the food. Keep in mind this is a Sunday afternoon. They had a salad bar that was fully stocked fresh and it was clean my husband enjoyed his, seafood which was nothing but cold spiced shrimp that was salty or plain shrimp decent two different sauces cocktail which is always good and safe a Cajun sauce that was decent, lemon, then the hot food. Cheese ravioli under cooked, turkey sausage, pork sausage, bacon those were good, over cooked scrambled eggs, waffles, French toast, sausage gravy, pancakes, eggs Benedict I wasn't impressed with from the way they looked so I didn't bother, steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes had to add seasoning to, but the seafood cakes were delicious. The carving station had herb roasted turkey it was good and prime rib gravy compote or anju onions and peppers or mushrooms for your topper. An omelette station and dessert station with sugar free options and chocolate only ice cream ( I asked for vanilla ice cream and was told their order wouldn't arrive until Wednesday). I waited a while because it was still brunch when we came and they were already in the process of switching over to dinner and we wanted to see what they would put out. The clams came and they looked over cooked so I didn't get those. The prime rib looked so nice I went for it that was perfect I topped it with the gravy and some mushrooms which made it even better a side of mashed potatoes went well. The cod was okay the pork chops looked dry the ribs were delicious my husband had some during their brunch so I guess that's a repeat item they serve. So for a quick on property bite I say this place was cool. Not gonna go back while we are still here not even for breakfast. Hopefully they get the seasoning and cook times right to make this a better meal option for people that are staying on property.

And it's the nicest place to eat in the casino. It's fairly expensive at $21.95 for dinner per person. You get $3 off that with your Lucky North card, and I also had an offer on my card for another $7 off. We also cashed in our points that were on our card to save a few more dollars, so we paid $30 total for the two of us, with non alcoholic drinks included. I'm vegetarian, and there's a lot of options for me. Off the top of my head, there's pizza, garlic sticks, salad, macaroni salad, soft pretzel sticks, fried mac and cheese, baked potatoes, rolls, spring rolls, and a make your own pasta station. Now, of all of that, the macaroni salad and the pretzel stick were good. The rest was just ok. There was also pimento macaroni and cheese, but I really didn't like that. And I didn't do the pasta station this time, but that is usually good. Like all buffets, it changes, so everything isn't available each time you go. On the dessert bar, there is an Oreo pie that I really like. I usually go get that first to make sure I get a piece, lol. Of the whole buffet, that is the one thing that I truly like. Everything is ok, but nothing is amazing. The pie is really good though. My husband is not vegetarian, and he is really why we come here. There's a much bigger selection for him, and I know he had prime rib. That was probably all he needed to be happy. :) I just found out that they have a brunch until 3pm on the weekends. I would prefer that, so we'll try to go earlier and get brunch next time.
