I was encouraged by all of the comments. After stopping in for lunch, huge disappointment. Although I sampled small portions of several items, they varied in proper temperature and some fried items were inedible. Could not even cut through with a fork. Egg roll was not hot at all. Although It's been a couple years since I've been here, this is still one of my favorite places. They have definitely up their game since the last couple years. More tables in the dining room and rearrange their buffets. Even put a new front desk and a drink station with something called bubble tea. Have not tried it yet. I always get the same food because I'm not a big fan of the other stuff, but everyone else has said it's all good. Service is great too, I never come back to my old plate on the table. Ladies there also always ask if I need more drink if it's lower than halfway. NEVER come when there is a tour bus, it always gets packed lol. Very large dining area too. We were driving home from a weekend in Niagra Falls USA which had very few food options and were so hungry. This hit the spot and everyone was happy. We were able to fill up and the kids even got their ice cream. For the price of $11.75 per person age 11 and up, the quality exceded the price on most dishes. The food was well stocked and restocked. A Chinese buffet is a Chinese buffet. Not very interesting. But I was pleased to find this buffet in Mansfield, a small town with limited choice of establishments. I made a reservation for a large group of over 20 people. They have a reasonable selection, and they had a nice little hibachi station for cooked to order dishes using fresh custom selected ingredients. They were very accommodating. I brought some wine bottles, and when I asked them if they had a corkscrew, they did not but they planned to take it to the kitchen to try to open it anyway. As I had an opener in the car, I told them I'd get it. The point here is to say how nice and accommodating the staff was. They could have easily just said no. But they were willing to try to go that extra step for customer service. So the food was good, but what I really wanted to call out was the nice attitude of the staff! read more

We hoped I had liked this place as it is a buffet and close to my house. However, after going there I felt so disappointed and disrespected. First off, the food was bland and distasteful. Secondly, the staff working there wasn't helpful and friendly. A staff came over to our table and took away our plates without asking if anyone was finished eating (we were not). I had to come to Mansfield recently, and was recommended this place by a friend. The food here is so good. Everything is well-made, generous portions, super friendly staff, etc. I didn't get a chance to try the buffet, but I did order takeout which was beyond my expectations. The food was not good. Some things just seemed unsanitary. Like the ranch dressing sitting out at room temperature.

We drove four hours from Philadelphia to Mansfield University. Hungry and tired; this place was convenient and had a good selection of food for any craving. Most importantly, it was $10 for each adult! The truest sign of a college town buffet. read more

Love coming here when I visit PA. The price is a lot cheaper than most. A nice variety but they do not habe crab legs which is the main reason to go tp the buffet for me. This is your typical Chinese buffet with a couple of notable exceptions. The sushi here is large and pretty decent. They also have a nice selection of it to choose from. I was also impressed with their hibachi station. The food was prepared perfectly and it was quite tasty. I was less impressed with the items on the actual buffet but the sushi and hibachi alone make this a very good value and worth the visit. The staff here are also quite friendly. read more

don't go here. after getting takeout and opening the box when getting home, i found a bandaid in my food. when trying to contact the company directly about the situation they became defensive and began to almost blame me for the situation, sort of insinuating i had put the bandaid there and was trying to play at free food or something. idk. they stated they "don't have bandaids" and i can't seem to comprehend the lack of accountability. i was too stunned to take a pic but i'm never going here again, i was thrown aback by the lack of professionalism of the place. regardless of this being the first time this happened after going a lot, i am disgusted and disappointed to say the least. you never know what someone has and this scares me and my partner to the point were about to go get tested. read more

The buffet is not that great but the people that work here are pretty nice to their customers. There is no soft ice cream and the food items on the buffet are mostly either not labeled at all or labeled incorrectly. (This can be an issue for people with some dietary restrictions.) I walked in and ordered take-out. I had about $40 worth of items and the girl who took my order was very articulate and plesant. Food was ready in 15 minutes and was piping hot. They followed my special instructions and even threw in some free donuts. (Probably for the size of my bill.) Can't speak about the buffet yet. I'd give it 5 stars but nobody in my book is "5 stars". Heaven is "5 stars". That is MY rating system of the stars. Nobody is perfect and always can learn and the need to love to learn and then to apply. Yes, there will be a drop that a trial did not go well, but all in all, QQ buffet corrects and watches how that trial goes. They, to my aspect, watch and listen to the customer. QQ buffet's management of this restaurant, I feel, is in the right direction. I am hoping they take their great ratings and not destroy it by greed.
