If I could give these clowns zero stars I would. I was being forced to sell my mortgage-free home of 23 years when my son decided to take me to court to take charge of my finances.
Instead, the court assigned a guardian of my estate, who then decided to sell my house. She engaged the "services" of a-hole John Kluth of this joke of a company.
Before he even listed the house, without any warning, he had someone come and clean out my possessions that were along my driveway - all my clothes that I had in a bag awaiting a trip to the laundromat, ALL my garden tools, leafblower, trimmer, shovels, rakes, you name it.
When he came to the house, I confronted him and after being pleasant for a few minutes he said he would get a court order to keep me off my own property. A few weeks later, I was moving items into storage when he showed up, called the cops and reported me for trespassing and breaking and entering. The officers wouldn't act because my name is on the deed as the legal owner. I had some friends who live in their car park at my house when I wasn't there to keep an eye on things. He called the cops on them for trespassing as well, even though he had no authority to do so.
This moron is a pathological liar as well. He told me my mail was being forwarded to the attorney in order to deal with any code violation matters. I checked with Code Enforcement, and they hadn't been to the property. Furthermore, since I was the legal homeowner, any issues would have been directed to me.
There were some construction materials my son had purchased for a handyman to make repairs. He bailed and I was going to return the items to Home Depot. This idiot said he would handle it, so I gave him the receipt. Instead of being returned, it went missing.
When he listed my house, he just gave interested parties the address and told them the door was broken so they could go on in. I pulled up into my driveway to see a whole parade of people checking out the house. He was never there to supervise.
I was never informed my house had been sold, and less than a week after a five-day stay in the hospital due to surgical complications, I was informed that I had six days to vacate the house.
Now, as I'm trying to pack up, I can't access entry to my outside utility closet because the door has been screwed shut.
I could go on, but you get the picture. read more
