When I…read morepurchased my house, there was an old post and rail fence that was falling down and I was skeptical of my actual property lines typically indicated by the placement of fencing. I'm glad I had this done as my lot is considerably larger than what the old fence led one to believe. Joe's communication, handled by his wife, was thorough and timely. He arrived on the day we agreed upon and was actually a few hours early. He and his partner (David?) went about surveying the property in a systematic, efficient manner. Very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He marked all the corners and added additional stakes along the lines. Several of my neighbors came over to see what was happening and took one of his card to potentially get their lots surveyed as well. He said I would get a map of the survey in 4-5 days and I had it the very next morning! I highly recommend Joe for your survey work. You can't go wrong with his services!

What probably should have been a few hour job turned into a half day effort because the original corners- of an irregularly shaped property weren't marked (and some house positioning issues). They found several other property's points to verify/validate their findings on our property and had Terry come out to confirm. What I appreciated most was 1) how much time they took to confirm their readings, 2) them explaining their findings, 3) offering potential solutions and 4) all for the original quote given over the phone prior to them coming to do the work. Doing the right thing was more important than covering their costs.

It was hard to justify, but I figured this was a permanent solution to my problem. The guy told me we will never have birds in our vents again. Nope!! Within a year, one of the vent covers fell off because it was not properly attached. I blew it off and didn't want to bother the company, but then we started to smell dead animals because the birds were getting into my vent system. Then another one recently fell off. I called the company and I felt that they should reattach those covers as a good faith gesture, especially since they charged so much.. They admit that their covers are brittle and they said they will charge $250 to come and fix what they did not properly install. Stay away from this company. They charge astronomical prices and install inferior products so that you have to call them back and they can make more money off of you. Manipulation and denial of responsibility at its finest!
