I notified them 3 months ahead of time, asked what needed to be done, and told them that I like to get started with the process of breaking my lease. After the 3 months were up (and having checked in every month), i called to find out if there was anything left I need to do before finalizing the process. The manager Mr. John Dietrich cussed me out, threatened me, and yelled I can't leave. While he was screaming at me over the phone, i asked him if we can approach this situation differently. He responded that he doesn't have to deal F***s like me, tenants don't matter, no one would listen to an idiot, I don't have a choice, then hung up. I called back, asked to speak to Mr. Dietrich. When he picked up, i told him he cant speak to people like this and I'd like to resolve this and move out. I didn't raise my voice and keep it professional, because being hostile wouldn't help anything. He hung up again. The two days later, after I had moved everything out, I went to the office to drop off my keys with my friend (to mostly witness). Mr. Dietrich came out of his office upon request, instead of being aggressive and berating like he was on the phone, he said told me to shut up, several times in front of his two employees. My neighbor had also went through something similar with them this summer but Mr. John Dietrich had called her a vulgar word over the phone. We're not the only tenants who have been berated and bullied like this, this business location should have an complete turn over of the supervisor/management. Its being run unprofessionally, has a toxic culture, and accountability is absent.

I asked Kyle Frey about his property because he showed it to us and another family at the same time. I text him when we left around 6:40 PM and asked him about the responsibilities of the tenant, the landlord and a few other questions. He seemed a bit agitated and stated that he was out to dinner with friends and that what did I need to know. I basically asked to look at the lease and the requirements for the property to even apply for it. Very basic information online so I felt I needed to ask him. I was a bit hesitant when I noticed his attitude change on the text, but I figured, I'll leave it up to dad and he'll leave me the right way. He did leave me the right way, but I just looked the other way. Next time I will listen to my instinct, as I normally do. He had no information online or at the house and paper form that talked about details of first steps and other basics to his property and property mgmt. company along w/many of the things you would want to know before you apply for a rental property. They also never requested landlord references. before they denied our application. We've never been denied a rental application. We've never been denied a credit card application. We both have great credit scores. I think this is a company who likes to keep so many applications in the beginning so that they can get extra income and then they start looking for the real tenants that they want. This is after they've probably racked up a gooDriving $5000 from 12 people which could possibly be just for to six families applying since it's $75 per tenant over 18 years old. We meet the financial amount that this company wants us to make a month; but they kept our deposit of $150 and told us we were not chosen because there was "unverifiable" income. That's not true. We verified and have verification of every income we have in this household, Their response was, "Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately as stated on our website our application fees are non-refundable. Best of luck with your home search". Their home was not where I found their home for rent so the website I saw their house for rent did not have detailed information. And he never stated to go to that website to read more detail. He told me on the text that he would send me a blank lease that I requested. I requested a lease, not a blank lease, but I expected there to be information about the property he was renting out. Can you imagine how many people apply for their properties and they can only choose one family and they pocket the rest? God doesn't like ugly and karma comes back to us more fierce!

We were on the selling end of this circumstance dealing with a buyer who was using Redfin. It was…read morethe worst experience we have ever had trying to sell a home. The Redfin Realtor refused to communicate clearly and frequently. First thought our home was sold per our realtor and closing was set to only be told the day before closing that the buyer postponed the closing till the following Monday. Redfin Realtor never communicated anything to our realtor until late Monday that our closing was going to be postponed again until the next Monday. Again never got any clear communication that whole time, meanwhile we had expenses mounting up in moving trucks and storage POD. We again got another postponment until later that night we got communication from the Redfin Realtor that the buyers had to back out due to financial errors made during their loan process. How the F*** does a Realtor allow the process to even begin without being sure their buyer can obtain a loan? And how does a lender allow the process to get all the way to a closing to discover there are financial concerns? Redfins Realtor allowed this process to keep going without communication to our realtor about what the issue was and it went on for 10 days past the original set closing date!! . Unacceptable!!! Do not use Redfin if you want to buy or sell a home. Do not accept any showings if it is by a Redfin Realtor. You will not get any communication once the process to sell or buy your home gas started.
