I'll try to be brief: (But will fail miserably, as you'll see below) Denise Hauser ("Doogie Howser") is everything we needed in helping us move from South Florida up to the Charlotte area. - Knowledgable. Dialed-in to the area, (and what each local town offers), the market offerings & valuations, and the overall byzantine process of today's real estate system. She's a PRO. - Personable. Denise couldn't have been genuinely friendlier. Easy to talk to, listened to us, our desires/wants/needs, and was an absolute hoot to work with. She made the stressful process of buying a home FUN. - Responsive. We had questions. A LOT of questions...and needs...and "Doogie" was always but a quick text/call/email away, and she never failed to respond QUICKLY. - Helpful. Denise was always willing to check out a property for us (again, we were searching for homes from our location in Florida), to do a video walk-thru, etc. She negotiated, she coordinated a remote closing, she did everything we asked and more...sometimes BEFORE we asked. - Truthiness. (With props to Steven Colbert) Doogie was always upfront and truthful with us--if she didn't like something about a property, she never hesitated to let us know. She wasn't a Used Car Salesman...she wanted us to be completely happy with the house in the question, or we moved on to the next in our quest. Denise Hauser is an absolute GEM. If you're looking for the best Real Estate agent in the known Universe, contact her. You'll thank us later. P.S. Hey Keller Williams...yeah, you, you corporate real estate juggernaut. Give this woman a promotion. --Dave & Wendy Shonk read more

Holly Byrd has been tremendously impressive throughout our home buying process. Holly and her team have been a big help during our transition from NJ to SC. Prior to getting Holly and her team as our realtor, we consulted with other realtors in the area. Fortunately, we decided to get Holly as our representative. Their team is very much knowledgeable and well connected to the Fort Mill/ Charlotte area. As an incoming transplant, Holly and her team were able to address our concerns from our children's doctors and therapists even to the church services that we could attend to. During our home inspection, Holly was very much thorough on spot checking everything down to the smallest details of our house. She was very accessible and proactive throughout our home buying process. The best advice I could provide to any future or potential home buyer is to get Holly and her team as your realtor. Purchasing a new house is a big milestone in one's life and it is important to start with the realtor that could guide and set you up for success. Holly is the person that could be the compass to your home buying process! Thanks for all the help, Holly Byrd! read more

Mike Morrell was one of the first people I met in South Carolina. At the time, we still lived in the Philadelphia area and were looking for a permanent home and a great agent to help us find it. And he sure did help! He's a veteran, like me, and a straight shooter. I could have gotten a several-hundred dollar rebate for using an agent that was referred by a veterans' agency. However, we liked Mike so much that we felt his expertise was more valuable. When issues arose with the first house we chose, his straightforward counsel helped us avoid a mistake. Without complaint, we started looking again and found a better option. Here I couldn't possibly detail the complications with the second house. It's enough to say that Mike was patient, skillful, and a hard negotiator. By God's grace, with Mike's help, the deal went through. I have recommended him to several friends, and will go to him directly if we ever plan to sell move again. *This review written by Metal Man - Metrolina's Most Trusted Cash for Gold Buyer - located in Fort Mill, SC. read more

He made it a point to know a lot about our family and what our needs were and helped us find a home that met the needs of our family and our children. He researched homes and schools in the area to make sure that we were in a good and safe area for our family. I will definitely use Jeremy again! He has a great personality and it's just a wonderful person! I recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to buy or a sell a home! He knows how to get the job done as quick as possible and makes the whole process stress and frustration free! I also appreciated the fact that he was always checking in on us during the process and even after buying our home he still continues to check in and see how everything is going with our family and our home! I wish I could give more than five stars! Very blessed to have had him as our agent and will be using him again in the future. read more

My entire experience with the team was above expectations. Chelsea was professional and actually listened to my needs. I love that we found houses that fit my criteria instead of just showing me what they wanted to sell. In this challenging market, we were able to find a property that fit my needs and is working perfectly. All details and negotiations were handled by several experts in their team that had different skill sets. I felt well take care of, and definitely appreciated the professional approach and constant attention to detail I might have overlooked if they had not already been two steps ahead of me. I can't wait till my next property purchase, and would whole heartedly recommend Chelsea or anyone else on the Carolinas Dream Team to represent you for your property needs. read more

Faiyaz and his staff coordinated the purchase to build our new home along with the design center and selection process; and listed the home we lived in. His entire team was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the way. They were able to take a lot of the 'burden' off of us which was really nice because we have a newborn at home. Faiyaz is very upfront with his clients which I really liked about him.
