This woman is the bomb.com. Boom goes the dynamite. Before we even moved in: Cleaners? Already lined up. Handyman for inspection fixes? DONE. Turf installed? WHO EVEN DOES THAT?! At one point I'm pretty sure Julie was coordinating more moving parts than NASA. Her level of service is basically: "Need anything else?" "Oh you wanted world peace and lower interest rates too? Let me make a few calls." Honestly, buying a house with Julie felt less like a transaction and more like being adopted by the most organized human alive. If Realtors had power rankings, she's #1 with a huge gap between her and #2. 10/10. Would trust Julie with my next house, my vacation plans, and probably emergency disaster response coordination.

I had searched extensively across the Carolinas for a property manager who was professional, truly listened, and had the drive to get our property rented despite the challenges of its location. Julie took the time to explain the services thoroughly, the pricing was fair with no hidden fees, and the entire introductory experience felt genuine and professional. My only concern after signing on was the onboarding process. There were multiple handoffs from one person to another, which sometimes made it unclear who my main point of contact was. When you discuss decisions with one person, those details don't always seem to flow seamlessly to the next person, so some information can get lost along the way. It would feel smoother if the onboarding was more seamless and consistent. That said, they communicate well, remain professional, and so far I've been very happy with their services. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a reliable property management company.
