Admittedly, being 2300 miles away, I was a bit nervous working with an agent I had never met in person, but Kate treated us like we were next door neighbors. She helped me facilitate EVERY aspect of the sale, from prep, necessary repairs, inspections, photos, measurements...you name it and she was on top of it. BTW, we also ended up receiving 3-4 offers within 3 days :) If we eventually make our way back to NC, there is only one agent that we will be working with and it's Kate Terrigno. Thank you, Kate!
