They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. Yesterday January 20th I woke up to frozen pipes. In the process of getting them thawed the out…read moreside faucet broke off and I had gushing water for 2+ hours trying to find a city person, since it was a holiday, to shut off the water at the street. So this morning at approximately 6:30 AM I sent an email to Chelan Springs Plumbing crying on their shoulder about my plight. They arrived at 8 AM diagnosed the situation, gave me a very reasonable estimate which I accepted and they went to work. I did agree to their suggestion of installing a shut off valve on the main line coming from the meter box. They also installed a new frost free faucet and new piping that needed to be replaced and installed insulation on the pipes so hopefully they will not freeze again. Cleaned up their work area. They were very professional and very thorough in their work and very reasonably priced. Would I recommend them? Yes I definitely would recommend them. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

I am from the east side so I drove 4 hours to my Chelan property to meet with the plumber and I told them that when I called. They said they were able to come on Saturday but would call me with the exact time (the scheduler confirmed with the plumber who was there with her). On Saturday, I waited for them all day to arrive or call but they did neither. I called twice and left messages and told them I was leaving on Sunday and we may be able to meet in the morning since they obviously weren't coming on Saturday. Well, I was totally stood up! No call or text nothing! I could not get a hold of them. I had to turn around and drive 4 hours home. Very disappointed and can't understand how a company would be so disrespectful of my time.

They were in and out quickly and left us with a great working system. This spring, 2021, we had an issue with the well. The pump was running, but we were getting no water. Turns out, one of the pump bushings on the pipe had stripped and failed and the pipe was out of alignment. Chester responded to our call immediately. He fixed the failed part at no charge (it was under warranty). As usual, he was professional and fixed the issue quickly. Sometimes, despite doing everything right, parts fail.
