As we were expecting snow overnight they couldn't guarantee that they could get down my driveway on Wednesday. Around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon I heard some noise in my driveway and, lo and behold, there was Jim's truck pumping our tanks. They found a way to take care of our problem before the snow hit. I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener…read more I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.
