I called Emergency Remediation Services and they were here in no time at all setting up fans and dehumidifiers and assessing where all the unseen damage was. They had every needed trade on call from electrical to plumbers who showed up at the drop of a dime. The craftsman and laborers that they had on the job all showed up wearing masks and were so polite and understanding with the stress we were under. Their skill at drywall and deconstruction and then construction in general is unmatched! I was told they could do nothing for my unit and that I would have to replace the whole system (average costs of $11000) ouch! In walk my knights in Freel's uniforms!
