They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

I can't say enough praise of Allied's repair of the leaking water main connection into my house…read more When I was told by the city (after they had turned off my water) that the leak was between the city water main and my house and therefore was my responsibility, I immediately called three plumber/excavation companies. To say I was distressed is an understatement! The leaking line ran UNDER my concrete car port, under a 3 foot retaining wall, and under a concrete patio into my house. The first bid was $5000 higher and involved sawing my concrete and jackhammering up the concrete from the city meter to my house (50 ft). The second company refused to try to fix the leak. My house is circa 1914 and the concrete has been in place for a very long time. Not only did Allied avoid disturbing any of the concrete, they did so in half the time (2 1/2 days) the first company suggested! The four young men who did the work (Foreman Cristian, and his fellow workers: Ethan, Victor and Justin) were cheerful, confident, good communicators, and most importantly, skilled. They accurately assessed the task and then set about making the repair. After they finished, I could barely tell they had been there. Except for about an 18" square they had to cut into my carport, (and which they repaired nearly flawlessly) and a small area of disturbed dirt, there was almost no evidence of their work! Moreover, they meticulously cleaned up after themselves: replaced the fence, swept my carport, and even cheerfully retrieved my water hose from my neighbors, winding it on the hose holder on my house! They started Monday after noon, and they were finished and had restored my water by Wednesday early evening! I unreservedly recommend them to tackle your plumbing problem.

From the first inquiry over the Artisan website (www.artisanelectricinc.com) to the first conversations with the rep about the various system options; and on through the design and layout process with him; on into the site preparation walk-through with the general foreman; and all throughout the install experience with the crew. The crew was always prompt, professional, and managed a clean, well-organized work project space in/around our house, and they were all super pleasant to work with. Strong team! More to the point when we hit an install hiccup -- upon seeing the panels layout on the front street side of our low flat roof and were unhappy with the way it looked (not Artisan's fault but a failure of imagination on our part) -- we deeply appreciated the quick response to my email about it from our Artisan rep and the crew's professional "let's put our heads together and find a solution" mentality.
