I got the California omelette without pepper jack. I used the salsa on my potatoes to give them some flavor otherwise they were very bland. They were cooked correctly. Not mushy and not hard. Good tenderness without having to scoup them. I could stab them with my fork. So the tenderness was I don't really like the skins on my potatoes but I'm not going to ding them for that. I'll come back. But it's not somewhere I'm making plans to visit. If I'm in the area, the it would be worth the stop. (I live 30ish minutes away. Not sure if that helps)

First impressions? The interior is super cozy and nicely decorated. It almost feels like a little experience just walking in. I came here looking for a quiet spot to enjoy some coffee and catch up on homework, and the atmosphere was exactly what I was hoping for. They offer complimentary Wi-Fi, which I appreciated, although the connection was a little spotty. I kept getting kicked off the network in the middle of my assignments, which got a bit annoying. I ordered a large hot Cinnamon Bear, and WOW, they weren't kidding about the size. That thing was practically an extra large. The coffee itself was delicious, though. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just perfectly balanced. It had this smooth, rich cinnamon flavor that coated your tongue with every sip. Definitely the highlight of my visit. The pastries were a little underwhelming. I wish they had more savory options, but if you've got a sweet tooth, they have your usual muffins and scones. Nothing too fancy. I ended up ordering a ham, cheese, and jalapeño croissant, which unfortunately got forgotten about, but it was the girl's first day, so no harm done! Service felt a little socially awkward, but nothing that would keep me from coming back. Overall, I'd definitely give this place another visit, especially for studying. The atmosphere was comfortable, and that coffee genuinely felt like a warm hug in a cup.

A lot of of it is good old-fashioned pub grub, and a very good pub grub at that. My server was Ky. Very friendly, very helpful, we chatted periodically while I was there. She is a very personable person. I decided to go for. The classic Reuben, with a cup of soup on the side. The soup was amazing. Tomato soup. Rich and Hearty.. It had basil in it, and I could definitely taste it. It really added to the flavor of the soup. As usual, I tore into it so fast I forgot to get a picture. I know a good Reuben, and this was a darn good Reuben. Very generous with the fillings. The meat was moist and tender, and I had just the right amount of sauerkraut, cheese, and thousand Island dressing. All of the goodies played very well together. The bread was a very high-quality bread. I took a picture of the sandwich, but it didn't come out. Trust me, everything was good. For all I got, the price was very very reasonable. Thank you for a great meal. .

No matter how many times I…read morevisit, I still learn something new about farming techniques, the distillation process, aging methods, and product finishing. Everyone at the ranch is so welcoming and friendly. It shows how much they love what they do and how much they want to share with us. The summer food truck series is great because it is an additional incentive to get people to come out and experience the ranch for the first time. There has been some fantastic Mexican food, burgers, Balinese, ice cream, and many others. The whiskey tasting is very special because you get to learn about what you're drinking from the people who actually made it. The distillery tour is fascinating because it is a working facility and you get to see real whiskey being made. Standing in the rock house makes you realize how the climate affects the whiskey aging process. In the winter, it is very cool with the scent of Oak. In the summer, it is warm and you still smell the oak, but the evaporating alcohol is very strong. There is always a special release whiskey available in addition to their usual production whiskeys. This trip I was able to get a single barrel 100% wheat. As always, it is amazing!
