I was the last one in the salon before it closed, so they clearly were rushing on my nails. They didn't let the gel dry before adding another layer and this caused all of my nails to have air bubbles with wet nail polish inside of the bubbles. The air bubbles all popped and peeled within a day. When I went back, they only offered to redo them and not give me my money back, though I told them I didn't have time to wait and get them redone. I showed them videos I took of my nails the day after they were done and how they had peeling, popped air bubbles, but since I didn't come within 3 days I couldn't get my money back. I explained to them how I work and go to school everyday and today was my first off day I could come up there, and they proceeded to tell me over and over how it's "common sense" that I come within 3 days. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Sadly, I liked the pedicures here and was a weekly customer. However, my last visit I brought in my…read morenail polish and had them do my fingernails. It was HORRIBLE. Some of the nails looked good, they were shaped properly and looked fine. But 4 of the nails were super thick and wide and bumpy. The tech was on the phone the entire time so maybe he wasn't paying attention. When I returned the following day to show them and have it fixed, the tech who had dome them wasn't there and the other guy was extremely rude - refused to even look at my nails and said I would have to pay for a polish change. He kept saying it was because I brought my own polish. That made no sense because some nails looked fine and it was the acrylic that was super thick and improperly shaped. I looked at my receipts and last month I spent over $600 at this salon on my nails and my cousin's nails. And tipping. If he had changed my polish and fixed their horrible work, I would have been Fina and likely tipped more than a polish change costs. But to be treated like that by people to whom I have always been good - no. I won't be back.
