However, four times in the last year I have been called within an hour of my appointment only to be told at the stylist wouldn't be able to make it in, and they would need to reschedule, and they would not be able to accommodate for a cut that day. I understand that people have personal lives, and once or twice if someone can't make it in, I certainly understand. But four times is a trend that I just can no longer ignore. Again, the service is fine, but if you rely, like I do, on being able to count on a haircut at a certain time, then I'm afraid that they may fall short.
