What an awful experience. They don't keep the pricing sheet out for public display, but I knew…read morepricing given my family comes all the time; as early as a couple days ago. Lack of pricing transparency aside, the final product is terrible. This may be the worst no-chip I've ever received - extremely uneven and unpolished. They even charged me a $5 "design fee" for adding the dot, which I should make note, isn't even centered on a couple of my nails. I asked not for a refund, but if they could please redo it correctly and the manager was unwilling to even hear me out, saying he'd remove and refund the money/I can go somewhere else. I believe in paying for a service and simply requested it be done right. He hung up on me twice. Should also note, staff weren't wearing masks.

The next time, it's like he didn't file enough and they were thick and bumpy. Also- each time I have been, every person I've had puts a drill on my natural nail, it burns while they're doing it, and they end up so thin when I remove the dip! Just disappointed because I've been coming here for years. Nellie did a great job when I had her but she still filled my natural nail too much. I hate feeling picky but when you're spending $60+ each time you go, they need to be quality. I think I will look for somewhere else to go, which is sad because I've been going here for years! Just can't spend $60 to get my natural nails damaged and thick uneven dip again

I came in the next day because I seriously could not show up to prom with nails like that and got them soaked off and redone completely, but before we soaked my nails off, the lady who was doing my nails cut at least 6/10 fingers of mine. I was bleeding and it was extremely painful. Then proceeded to put my hands in boiling (literally bubbles boiling at the top) hot acetone. After she finished my nails for the second time (because I got the same lady both times) -- they were SO THICK. I genuinely dont know what to do, I have an awards ceremony tomorrow and prom the next day. This was beyond disappointing.
