When I walked in their showroom I was utterly wowed. It look even better than the photos. Ken and Steve could not have been any nicer. I purchased a beautiful teak item, requiring over 2.5 hours of driving time to get there. 100% worth it. All of the photos and information they provided me with were spot on. While I was in the store, lots of people were buying. If you see something you like, don't wait! Items are priced to sell! So thankful for these two gentlemen. Can't wait to return!!!

The repair shop is an absolute joke! Bought a brand new stihl farm boss chainsaw dec 2021, was used…read moreone time made about 4 cuts. Went to use a second time and it wouldn't run. Turns out it was missing the bearing and brought it in to have it repaired being it was still brand new and under warranty. We were told buy one guy we probably got a manufacturer defect, it happens. The next guy told us that we ran it with the break on and we are the reason it is broken so it will be 350 for the repair. Sent claim to stihl and they denied the claim due to what this asshole insisted happened. Kept telling my husband I'm not saying you're lying but .... Like my husband works with chainsaws at work and knows how to use them, he's not stupid and this guy kept inferring otherwise. Just went to pick it up to bring to another dealer for repair and they handed us the saw in pieces, covered in grease, in two boxes !! That is not the way it was given to them so why are they refusing to give it back that way. Horrible and absolutely unprofessional customer service. They have lost my respect and the money I spend at this store. I'll go elsewhere! If I could give zero stars I would. Hire better people ! Update- brought it to another repair shop and they said it is manufacturer defect and couldn't have possibly been our fault. They also said they are getting a lot of people with repair slips from agway on work that was never done. Seems to be all about the money over there because they tried to profit 350 off me for something the manufacturer covered. Absolutely ridiculous!

Start to finish the buying experience was A+. Price was fair, delivery was prompt and they made my old mattress go away. The showroom is enormous, and the products seem to be well made. We love shopping Local and American Made, so Home-Plus will be our new go-to furniture store! Closing thought-We chose the Temperpedic mattress with the memory foam topper and I have not slept this well in a long, long time! :)

The gift shop carries unique items including jewelry, candles, pottery, greeting cards and stained glass designs. All gift shop items are hand-crafted in the United States. We made shamrocks when we went there, but the owner Michael will help you make whatever your heart desires. A bunch of designs he has made hang all around the shop and you can pick one or come up with your own concept. He helps you through the process which includes cutting the glass, smoothing it out, and soldering it together. The vibe here is very relaxed and educational.
