Everyone is always smiling and willing to help (I love that). The value of the sneakers are reasonable and I usually walk out with 2-3 pairs of course after I have paid. The lines at check out are long but steady- it has a good flow. There's always socks in the bins for when you try on shoes and if not, I usually ask a sales associate if I can get a pair- they're always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here especially for back to school shopping or just to update your daily shoe ware. There's plenty of parking since it's at the outlet, you're lucky if you find one right in front of the Nike Factory Store. I absolutely enjoy coming here! Yall should give it a try.

The store I frequent the most here is Coffee Bean (surprise, surprise). They also have restrooms that are clean, and have no wait time. I've peruse the stores some, and they have a bit of everything here. They are frequented by folks who cross the border back and forth daily. They come to the US, shop around, and head back to TJ. It's a pretty chill shopping center, I've never had issues with anyone here. Like any mall or outlet, they close at a certain time. I wouldn't try parking here past that time, just pay for parking and avoid the hassle of getting ticketed or towed. It does happen to folks who don't know better. I would recommend this shopping center, if you find yourself near the border and looking for some new merchandise.

When I paid, they charge me the full price for the socks and not fifty percent off as advertised. I uploaded the picture in case you wanna see the price they charged and the advertising price. After that, I grabbed some items from the 70% percent off, samples rack, and the cashier say that they were not seventy percent off and that people always misplaced things. I advise the manager to have somebody check that rack since there were many items that did not belong to the rack. The manager and the teller told me that it was my responsibility to check that you should say samples on the label and that it was not the responsibility to be checking to see if they are correct. How would they expect me to know that? They kept insisting that it was my responsibility to find out that those items were not seventy percent off. I asked for a discount sonce they were false advertising since they do not care in checking and the manager did not wanna give me any discount at all. The Manager did not agree to be responsible for the mislabeled on the items. She said that it is the customer responsibility, and the customer service is not always right, as the Manager told me. I am very disappointed.
