This store is huge, and is essentially two stores - one side is for littles (newborn to about 5T or so) and the other side is for bigger kids probably ages 6+ (I'm not 100% on the older kids sizes, as my little guy is a toddler, so I haven't spent much time on the big kid side). The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I visit the store. I do have one small complaint, and this is towards corporate, not this particular store. I brought in some of my little guys clothes for recycling for the "Carter's Kidcycle" event as some of these clothes were stained and I didn't want to donate or throw them away. I was under the impression that I would receive 15% off my next purchase, but the catch is, you have to sign up for text messages from Carter's AND the 15% discount is off a $50 purchase. I did browse the sale rack and found three pairs of cute clearance Christmas PJs for $14. To conclude, I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for new kids clothes at moderate prices. They usually require you to pick up your items the same day, but I explained my situation, and they were super accommodating and let me come back the next day. I really appreciated that! I also love how organized their system is. They tag your items, scan your ID, and send you text updates as your items are being processed. It makes the whole process easy to follow, even when they're busy. Now, let's talk about the FUN part: SHOPPING! This store has so much great stuff, including big-name brands for a fraction of retail prices. Most items are gently used, and honestly, when you have a little one who outgrows everything in what feels like five minutes, I don't mind buying secondhand at all! Even though this store is about 30 minutes from my house, I keep coming back because I've found some amazing gems for my son. My favorite part is being able to bring in the things he's outgrown each season and use that money toward a whole new wardrobe without spending much, if anything, out of pocket! This time, I received $69 for all my items, which I thought was a great deal, especially considering those clothes and shoes would probably have just been collecting dust in my garage. I picked up some warmer clothes my son needed and STILL walked out with a little over $20 in cash. Talk about a win-win! My recommendation is to try visiting during the weekdays if you can, since Saturdays can get extremely busy. But even with the long wait, the ladies were great, and I appreciate what this store offers to parents trying to save money. And they have so much more than just clothes!
