My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. We waited in line for 15-20 minutes while three employees were standing near the front registers, and it was clear that they were more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. When another female employee came back from break buried in her phone I reasonably asked "would it be possible to call for help so that another register could be opened--customers are starting to leave." She responded by snapping at me and sharply said "we're understaffed, the whole world is understaffed and we're doing our best," as if it was my fault. I have never been treated so rudely by a retail employee. I responded by affirming that I knew the world is understaffed and just asked if it were possible to call for help customers might not leave. She continued to argue with me and asked "would you rather have employees helping with the fitting room or register?" It took uttermost control not to respond to her unprofessionalism. She then begrudgingly opened a register to help customers murmuring insults under her breath as she did. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of my family and others who were in the store. I understand that employees might be under a lot of pressure these days, but that is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. We have been long-time Under Armour fans, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths. Afterward, my 4-year-old son told me, "I didn't know girls could dress up like bad guys." Sadly, we will think twice before returning to your store or recommending it to others.

Even a seating area in the middle for people who are waiting for others to complete their shopping. Prices weren't bad at all for winter jackets. But sizing selection was not great in my size.

My husband bought the poles last weekend, without me present, and of course he no longer had the receipt, as husbands are wont to do. I figured they have our purchases on file so I went in for the exchange. One staffer was super helpful, quickly grabbing a new set of poles in the size we needed. Unfortunately when the redhead went to do the exchange, she accused me of returning used poles because the rubber on the handles was slightly scuffed--I said no, they were just purchased last weekend and the tag is still on (with the snow was bad as it's been this year, we've hardly been up at all!). I said--that must be how you sell them, because you can see this new set I was just handed was also scuffed up on the handle. Of course after that she found the order (under my phone number not my husband's) but it feels pretty crappy to be accused of something when you're just a loyal customer trying to get the right size gear for your child. I have to say, I'll think twice before visiting this Park Meadows location again. Maybe Aurora will be better.
