Looked through the selection but he's picky about the material for his tshirts, preferring the sturdier material which I feel is not as soft. Associate at cashwrap informed me of the tshirt promo but I decided against it as I didn't see another design he might want in the material be preferred.

This is the second time I've visited this Torrid. The first time was a bit shocking and I had sworn…read moreto myself I wouldn't come back. However, against my better judgement I did end up going back. This time I came into the store I had my husband and daughter waiting for me in the car. My daughter is little and the weather was very cold. As I was about to check out my husband came into the store and asked for a bathroom for our daughter. I let them know that they weren't some random people but with me. This didn't matter. The apparent manager explained that her employees are not paid enough to offer public bathrooms. I couldn't believe that even though I was spending over $100 they wouldn't make an exception for a child. Because of this I will never be back. I rather pay shipping or retire my card than come back to this location.

I went to North Face to get a new coat for an upcoming trip. On a whim, I brought old raincoat along. They gave me 40% of tag price toward a new raincoat. The woman told Rylee the condition of the coat over the phone and stated Rylee told her she would allow her return it and get another one free. After being reminded of that Rylee then said she take an extra 30% off of a lowest new coat. The coat she bought was identical to the one she brought in. Instead of of 80% off with 60% off and 30% that woman had to pay over $100 for a $350.00 coat. We were flabbergasted by Rylee acting racist and not following the free return lifetime Northface return policy. As the customer took pictures of the returned coat we did too. It's disgusting.

The manager was still reasonably sane she said it's ok show us the original reciept picture. Very humiliating experience in front of other shoppers I had paid through Amex platinum which has 20,000 dollars limit and I could've mentioned that but for 74$ shirt he created such an issue citing a policy.
