I purchased 4 balloons and when I woke up this morning they were either completely or partially deflated. I had not left them in the car (super cold day and night) or in a cold room or near a heat source. I returned to the store this morning and the employee was pleasant and blew up 3 new color balloons for me. The 4th was a Happy 80th Birthday balloon. I felt that one was a tad deflated but let it go. Once I went to my car it was clear the 80 balloon was low. I went back in for a new one and the employee stated it was low because of hitting the outside cold air. Nope. It had been perfectly fine and fully blown up the day before despite the cold and wind. So she blew up a new one, purposefully not all the way... thank you for not just fully inflating it for an 80 year old man's 80th birthday... a birthday he never, ever thought he would see...

This little shop makes Main Street look a little brighter, and I remember getting $1 sun glasses from their little stand at third Thursday years ago that I still wear- meaning that they are active in the community. They also have beautiful jewelry and a chill atmosphere. Definitely recommend heading down the the Bench Shop, even just for a look around.

Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.

In my dancing years I enjoyed coming here for my shoes, leotards, tights, leg warmers, fake eye…read morelashes...all the things you need to be a dance. I needed shoes for lyrical, jazz, ballet, and pointe. Shoes only last at most a year, so I was here often. They have a great selection of different types of shoes so you can find the one that fits you best. They are also very knowledgeable. When I needed my first pair of pointe shoes I was so excited. Only dancers will understand.... I came here and they sat me down and looked at my feet, measured them, had me stand and get into different ballet positions. They had me try on many different styles and brands. They kept encouraging me to take my time, move around in the shoes, etc. I was there for awhile, it was a process, but I appreciated it because I came out with a great first pair of shoes. They even set me up with the right kind of padding and tape, and showed my mom and I how to sew on the elastic and ties. It also always smells good in here..just a side note.
