I love my Costco! I've been a member since 2006 and have only had wonderful experiences, great service and great products. Everyone knows the drill: browse, load your cart with lots of great stuff (and yes, you better buy that NOW cause it might not be available again!), spend lots of money, take it all home and figure out where to store it and repeat! So I won't get into all that again, what I would like to say is how impressed I've always been with the photo department. I print anything from just your standard pictures, to graphically designed cards, signs and posters and I've been pleased with each and every item. I recently printed a poster for the first time and it came out wonderfully! The staff that I've interacted with in the photo department, specifically David, who seems to always be there, are wonderful and frequently go above and beyond to make me happy! I once had a random issue with a file that I had no idea the cause and a manager came over, took me and my jump drive to one of the computers on display and showed me what was causing the problem. I went home, edited and fixed it, resubmitted it online and when I called to confirm that it had printed correctly before driving all the way there to pick it up, David was more than accommodating and called me back with the good news! The quality of the prints always meet my expectations and I refuse to print anywhere else. I've recommended people to print here on a regular basis and will continue to as long as their quality and service remain stellar! read more

I know, who needs a review of Costco, right? It's a love hate place for me. I like them overall and I go for the big bulky items like rice, flour, salt, and sugar. The people are nice. It is funny that they will sell you pepperoni pizzas, cooked or take and bake, but will not just sell you just pepperoni. That's right, you can not simply buy just pepperoni at Costco. And if you like an item, stock up, they might not have it again for days, months or years. I buy gas there and use my Costco Amex card (3% discount) so it is by far the cheapest in our neighborhood. read more

Bulk everything. Such a deal. You'll pay a lot upfront getting stuff, but the quantity and quality of products is a bargain. I'm supplied with enough toilet paper to last the rest of the year for about $18 or so. I've got massive amounts of medicines for my cabinet for ridiculous cheap prices (two huge bottles of Ibuprofen under $10? Yeah). Plentiful amounts of frozen foods, milks, clothes, you name it. Costco is great. I don't go often and it's busy as all get-out, but if I can swing by during work week afternoons I find it much easier to get in and out quicker. This isn't a place to come for one time and checkout, but grabbing some very badly needed things makes it worth it all. Use debit or cash or check, and they take American Express. read more

The other day...I walked out with 10 pounds of fruit. Keep in mind this is just for myself...but didnt' realize until I got home that I had purchased 4 lbs of strawberries, 2 lbs of mango, 2 lbs of apple slices and 2 lbs of blueberries. Oh boy. Beware, this place will tempt you (and often succeed) in making you purchase things you hadn't even thought of before you went in. You'll get home and stare at your 40-pack of hand-crafted greeting cards and wonder what you were thinking (those do come in handy by the way). This is the Costco I grew up at. I remember when it used to be a Price Club (I think that was the name - I was a kid). We go shopping here once a month for different things to buy in bulk, which is helpful for my lifestyle because it makes it to where I don't have to buy some items for a few months and other things, like my love of parmesean cheese, does not send me back to the grocery store every week. It is awesome when there are samples around the store. When the place it busy it is like trying to navigate through a brick wall. Most of the associates are not the nicest to talk to, are just there to be there... at the same point you are in a bulk priced warehouse. Overall this place is not bad and there is absolutely no reason for me not to go there. read more

It's the only place to pay for your membership, get free samples of yummy foods, cheap and fresh pizzas and hot dogs with a drink for less than $3, items in bulk sizes for a reasonable price, super cheap gas, OH and let's not forget the CROWDS! Word of advice, avoid Saturdays and definitely Sundays. Do not go if you're pmsing (men and women), expect raging families pushing carts into you, or crowds standing around talking, or hate long lines. If you enjoy all the above, go on right ahead... Costco will be your best bet on a full on fist fight! =] Ok ok it's not THAT bad. But if you like calm, peaceful shopping times, just avoid it on the weekends. I'd say Tuesday -Thursday are good times. Go early and leave early! If you want to eat a decent lunch for cheap, this is a GREAT place. But don't forget the cash... It's cash only. read more

I love Costco but Not this location. It is always packed, full of people who think they should be snobby and take up a 20' wide isle. I'm so happy they opened the one up off of I-10 a while back. Parking is horrible here because its always full. Other than the crazies running around, they have all the great deals you would expect. So I don't have a costco membership but I occasionally go here for the food. I love the to food. It's cheap and amazing. It's $1.50 for a hot dog and a soda and a buck for a churro. Their other food items are reasonably priced. As for shopping I go with my parents once I a while. For our family Costco isn't too effective just because it's my wife and I, and we don't need a whole ton of bulk items. When we have a bigger family I will definitely get a membership. It's great to get paper towels, toilet paper and other product is bull without having to go to Walmart each week! read more

We have been shopping at this location since the Price Club days, when they first opened. Since Covid-19, Costco was one of the first businesses to tell customers they couldn't enter without a mask. Thanks for that. However, we were there this afternoon and in our abbreviated shopping trip we saw at least thirty people with masks on but the mask was below their nose. THAT IS THE SAME AS NOT WEARING A MASK. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. If there is a mask-policy in place it must be policed and if they aren't going to do that then they have lost long time, loyal customers. read more

do not by tires at costco. we have two tacoma trucks and bought new michelin tires for one. 20,000 miles later we got a nail that was not fixable. they said the tire was no longer available and we had to by 4 new tires. we just bought new michelin tires for the other truck and asked why they were different from our other truck and they said those were no longer available so if i need a new tire they cannot order it. the tires we just bought has a bad wobble but they need a week to order a new one none in stock so must be discontinuing these too. now will have to wait to get bad wobble diagnosed and return for tire read more

I moved to the East side, and was quite excited to explore my new Costco. I've given it the really big try, almost 2 years, and still the West Side Costco is far superior. The parking at this one is ridiculous, the entrance and exit are barely separated and they seem to have an awful lot of crap in the front, jewelers, clothes, rugs, random odd items. Where is the staff? The book/dvd area is never organized and at the end of every isle there are the "tasters" people pretending to actually be interested in the free food they're offering...clogging up the walk ways for people who are actually shopping. I miss the West location, it was clean, bright, the isles were wide enough for 3 carts, and the crew was available and helpful. I've resorted to Costco online, which is AMAZING, everything gets delivered within 4 days!! read more

I come for the free samples(who doesn't?), although lately they've been lacking. Costco is a great big warehouse filled with bulk items that you may or may not need. They have a pretty decent selection of products and it always saves to buy in bulk! Their lines can be long, especially on the weekend, but it usually moves quickly and the employees are efficient and friendly. They have a snack bar which has nice options for very low prices and generous portions of food. You need a membership to shop here but it's worth it. read more

Costco is cool!! Big wharehouse style set up. They have what you need and want. Buying wholesale and in bulk is great! They even have some raw and organic items. Some items, you may find cheaper somewhere else though. Overall, Costco is pretty nice, however do not shop there on the weekend it's comparable to rush hour traffic, lol. During daytime hours, they normally have food samples and also samples of certain products as well amd that's cool. Food court is simple and reasonably priced, that gives it extra brownie points. After waiting in a 10 person deep checkout line in the middle of the week, I was finally checking out and they refuse to let me pay because I was using my husband's member card, same last name and same address, but he could not come with me today. Luckily I had a friend with me but they then say "well we can only money from a Costco member so you can't use their card either." I could have just paid my friend back but out of principle I left my cart and walked away. We are from out of state and had never had this problem before with a Costco store being so ridiculous. Do they really think they are some exclusive club? It's jam packed and miserable to shop there yet they treat their customers terribly. My husband actually spends hundreds there a month for his work but we will be cancelling the membership and never going back after that type of treatment. read more

I ordered a Fitbit Charge 3 from Costco online. It stopped working a few months after the purchase so I loaded the box with everything and took it to the warehouse for a refund, I think it might have been returned in August of last year. The amount of the refund was $116.56. I noticed on my bank statement in November that Costco charged this $116 fee again. Various customer service reps have varied stories of why I charged for a watch that I had returned. First rep: I did not return everything in the box that should have been there but they just don't know what it was. (Was it the watch? Did someone between warehouses take it? Second rep: The warehouse had credited $116 back to my checking, therefore, they were only recouping the double payment. This is absolutely untrue. Third rep: The warehouse had found that something was missing from the box and I was being charged because the watch was shipped back to me. Untrue and the tracking number that a customer service rep gave me is invalid with all shipping companies including USPS. 4. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. A woman answered the phone saying she was the manager and would look into this issue for me. She nor anyone at the warehouse ever contacted me back to date. 5. I got my bank involved by filing a claim and received a letter from them saying that they found in Costco's favor. Outrageous! I have a feeling that this store got my money and I end up with no product. It's purely all their word against mine and in this case the little guy loses. I am getting rid of my membership as produce is almost always old or going out of date within 1-2 days ... I don't get why cant have fresher.. Cost on produce is practically the same and worst of all I bought organic cauliflower in April and became super ill within 8 hours.. 4 days later still sick I learn there is a recall... Wine and beer cheaper at Safeway and trader joes or sprouts as are the veggies .. And to top it off when I brought back the recalled remaining cauliflower the clerk was nasty as was the cashier when I asked for a Costco prepaid card to get gas asI forgot my Amex ...I said forget it and drove down the street to kolb just below tanque verde and gas was same price as Costco ... I came in to costco to do some shopping and found out my card was "invalid" which was very strange to me. As embarrassing as that was I went to go to renew my membership where the kind lady told me my EX took me off of my own account made him and his current GF primary. Absolutely unacceptable. Her and myself couldn't believe someone authorized for him to do that. She very quickly took care of me. She saw how upset I was and was the sweetest person. It may seem ridiculous but it was a huge deal to me and I felt like she completely understood. I am so thankful to have her take care of me. Thank you Rachel at the Grant location in Tucson, AZ!! You're a beautiful soul! Costco should be proud to have people like you working for them! Most costco deals are hard to beat. We get most of our non-perishables here, and their gas rates are pretty good too. Plus you can nearly get a free meal from the weekend samplers. I have been a Costco member for 30 years and have gotten used to Costco changing products. However there are some things I won't buy there anymore. For starters, they changed brands of ice cream again. They had their brand off vanilla ice cream in a two pack for a long time then switched to Humbolt brand. Both brands were very good tasting and didn't have Carrageen ( which I am allergic to) in it. Now they have a new brand called Aldens Organic vanilla bean. This brand is AWFUL tasting and the containers are smaller! At least I can buy Humbolt ice cream at Safeway. I used to buy my hamburger at Costco but that has changed. It looks like pink pate' and when I cook it even when I really seasoned it, it still had a bland taste to it. I won't buy their blocks of cheese anymore either. I suspect that they change manufacturers on that too. The cheese has no taste like you are eating plastic. They stopped carrying Apple Annies apple bread which is manufactured locally but at least their main bakery is still decent. I got a membership to Sam's Club just to compare. Their prices are better than Costco. There are a few things I still buy at Costco but Sam's Club is now getting most of my business. read more

I LOVE Costco.. but I really hate how much my credit card cries when I checkout after Costco. The problem is that everything here is amazing.. and its hard to stop putting things in your cart. The one thing I noticed is the rise of organic choices that Costco offers, props on that. This enables to save me $$$ at Whole Foods, so theres nothing wrong with that. My favorite purchase from costco has to be the tub of organic spinach for about $3.50.. what a deal! read more

Normally I give this store 5 stars but I had one very unpleasant experience with their cod fish. They were super amazing about giving me a cash refund no question so asked when I told them there was a living parasite squirming in the fish. Needless to say I stopped eating fish for a very long time after seeing this. They've had this issue with cod at many other locations. Apparently cod is parasite ridden for the most part which is why a lot of cultures heavily salt and freeze it to kill it off before consuming it...enough of that subject. I was taken care of. I still go here for my bulk items for my family. We stick to fish, ground beef, boneless sirloin pork chops, chicken titts, Italian sausage, ziploc bags, bottled water and their bomb rotisserie chickens that are ginormous and super cheap. Their food court is also the shiznit. Can't beat that Polish/hotdogs combo for 1.50 ijs. read more

They treat their employees well, sell citrus trees for $21.99 and feed all of my Sunday afternoon cravings with a smile and a medical glove. Where else could I buy shade sails for my yard, rare German cheese, industrial canisters of vitamins and high thread count bedding in one place? The odd fashions and Chinese plastic off-gassing smell of Walmart are thankfully absent here, and aside from a few near-rabid samplers elbowing their way to the little plastic cups, I've always felt the crowd is respectful and a class above the teeming masses. This is the first Costco I ever went to - back when it was a Price Club in the 80s - and it's still pretty terrific! We started going more frequently when we began dieting to lose weight a few years back - their prices for fresh produce like mushrooms, romaine, onions, etc. are great, and their flank steak, rotisserie chicken (instant YUM!), nuts, condiments as well as other packaged foods are all super! We stock up when they have coupon-special discounts on Jerky Treats (we have 3 dogs who also adore the Duck Breast treats) - plus linens, socks, luggage, eyewear, headlamps... it's ALL good! The pizza is good, too - the only place we know in Tucson where you can get it by-the-slice, like in NYC! :-) read more
