Conveniently located on 1st avenue. People love QT for their snack options and cleanliness. What's Most important to me is that the pumps are always in working order and rarely out of 91. There are enough Pumps that'll rarely gets too congested. I agree the QT on Oracle has a bigger shop and snack area but this one gets the job done! read more

One of the things my other half and I missed was the QT's. The stores are ALWAYS clean and the sevice is quick. We've always been amazed at the cashiers ringing up cusoners on two registers at the same time so.you can get out fast. This location has the pizza counter, grilled hot dogs on the rollers, baked goods case, snacks and of course plenty of soft drink fountains and coffee. Always brightly lit inside and outside . Getting your car gassed up fast is easy here also. My guy missed coming here for hot dogs and now he can stop by when he gets the craving and of course the fountain drinks. Plus we're always amazed that the employees can ring up two registers at the same time to keep the customers moving. read more

Normally clean in and out Usually security on staff an armed police officer If you tell the staff there's bums panhandling or otherwise. They chase them off. But like all gas station markets, they attract the homeless like flies to poop. I highly suggest telling the staff for cops immediately when you see some homeless floating around. A fuel prices are normally reasonable, though I've never seen a coupon or a price reduction. You can look at the app and see the lowest price in the city. if you want to drive that far, apparently they're algorithm is different at different locations. Company policy has changed the eggs from being ordered all day to 6 AM to 9 AM. so you can't get scrambled eggs after this if you wake up on the weekend and want scrambled eggs and coffee and go back to bed They delivered to the car promptly and efficiently, if you order through the app and don't want to get out of the car or our handicap. From a handicap perspective. This is extremely convenient. I only wish they had a person they could pump your fuel for you if you handicap. Their food is the highest quality gas market. there's nothing wrong with it at the deli. It's about Burger King quality maybe a little bit better. Their salads and sandwiches always seem to be acceptable and since they're open 24 seven and nothing else is open in Tucson. I've tried their food there multiple times at 1 AM coming home Overall, it's been a reasonably safe experience, especially when compared to Circle K that has a a homeless camp around it. The air for your tires is free They always have their ice machines working in the boiling hot summertime, you can get ice by the bag too at this location And now they have fresh ground coffee machines, like Circle K. and the coffee bar is normally clean and convenient and is almost on par with Starbucks for self serve coffee that's ground on the spot by the robot In conclusion, you don't need pepper spray to walk into QT to defend yourself against the homeless and it's a clean store I give thumbs up to this location read more

I waited in line to get gas for more than 5 minutes. The way that the guy at the pump pulled out when he was done, allowed someone who had not waited AT ALL to pull in. She was watching my reaction. That batch had the nerve to tell me that I needed to speak to her kindly. So the little spineless boy from inside the QT went out and talked to her. His answer to me was that she was done getting her gas. I went somewhere else for gas that day. And I have gone somewhere else everyday since then for anything I may need. The moral is that as a business owner, you should stick up for the customer who has been waiting. Now, any money that I may spend, is spent anywhere else. QT are franchise stores. I only boycott the one at oracle and ft. Lowell where they don't stick up for their regular customers. Now I'm a regular customer somewhere else. read more

When life leaves you behind. This was my experience purchasing food at QT. My love for salsa died after they forgot my free salsa dip from my addition of breakfast burrito. The wait? Long and sad. My breakfast burrito took very long but I understand why. There was one person working behind the counter. My burrito? The first bite gave excitement. Halfway through the burrito is disappointing. There was sauce on one end (for my first bite) but as more as I finished, there was no sauce left and the stuffing was very dried. The price? Adequate enough $3.99. I haven't been to a QT that wasn't clean, well-lit, modern, and convenient. This QT was no exception. It's in a convenient location. Unlike some QTs, however, there are no sit down tables, but that's OK. Prices on gasoline is also competitive for tier 1 quality. Service is also great. They take Apple Pay inside. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Typical QuikTrip experience, though this location is slightly less better than the one on Oracle, which is my favorite in town. The store is always well stocked and clean, and the customer service is excellent. The only problem I have is with the foodservice department. Specifically, they tend to screw up my order quite a bit. For instance, they have messed up my custom breakfast croissant order more than a few times by omitting or adding ingredients to it. To their credit, they are always willing to fix it, however in the midst of the morning rush, this can sometimes be problematic, as the waits can become much longer. I still like this place though. What can I say other than I Love this store, actually, I have had good service at ALL QTs I've went to across the nation I have been in, they seem to all be trained from the same person. The cashiers are very friendly and attentive and in a good mood. This store is always clean, the food is good. Gas prices are always competitive, free air, clean bathrooms, lots of drinks ,fountain and otherwise. The lot is always clean. I never have to wait in line unlike Circle K. I no longer go to Circle K anywhere, if at all possible, I will drive further down the street to find a QT when Im out driving. So happy they built this store next to my house. read more

As far as gas stations go, I'm a QT fan. This location is always busy, but they keep it pretty darn clean & the snacks are fully stocked. I love the soda fountain options and the iced tea is pretty darn good, and WAY cheaper than stopping for Starbucks. Efficient, friendly, and a good place to stop for a snack. For some reason, it just seems old and gross already. The cashiers/managers here have also been disappointing. There is one nice guy (he works later afternoons on weekdays). But most of the staff is young and apathetic. Very unusual for a Quik Trip. Today, I left my car at the pump and went in to get an icy cold fountain beverage. When I got up to the cash register I glanced outside and saw a tweeker washing my windshield. I asked the cashier why he was doing that (a rhetorical question, I know). But she just shrugged her shoulders. That is not cool. I really had no desire to go outside and deal with the tweek job by myself. She called to another young guy in the store and told him to go outside and get the guy to leave. The cashier responds "I'm not doing it. I'm sick of doing it all the time. Just call the cops." Whatever, apathetic dude. So, I go outside and have to tell the guy to shoo and of course he gets snotty with me because I am not giving him any money. Really, I know this is Tucson, but I expect more of Quik Trip. It's not the best neighborhood, so they should be working hard to make sure their customers feel comfortable and safe.
