I've been trying out the Prime Grill by my house, so I wanted to try something different here and ordered a lobster roll with extra lobster and a fountain drink. It was relatively early in the day and there was nobody else in the restaurant, but they must have had a lot of drive-through orders because it did take quite a while to prepare my food. Once I received it, it was really good. The toast was a bit underwhelming, but the lobster was tasty and considering that we're in Arizona, it was really great to be able to enjoy a treat that I'm usually only able to have when I travel back east. The restaurant is very cost-conscious and I thought it was kind of neat that they have you basically clean your own table which, hey if it allows me to get lobster rolls in Arizona, I will happily wipe up after myself. If you eat inside you are supposed to clean and wipe down your own table when you leave. There is a paper towel dispenser and orange spray hanging on the wall. You also order on the kiosk, it's a self serve type of thing. You hardly interact with any employees unless you're in the drive through. The syrups were out on a few of the flavors in the soda machine, paper towels were out on one wall and out in the women's restroom. If you're looking for cheap then this is the place. I would eat here again but only get specific things like the bowl or regular wrap.

Let's start with the cheese curds, these are the real deal, white cheddar cheese of all shapes and sizes fried to a perfect golden brown. They pop when you eat them! Best I've had in Tucson! Now for the chicken sandwiches. Man I've driven by this place 100's of times. Why did I wait so long to stop in? The "Wildcat" Juicy perfectly golden fried chicken strips with lettuce, tomato, purple onion, chipotle mayo on a soft sweet delicious brioche bun. The "Asiago Parmesan " again first bite and the juices flowed. Parmesan chips top this delicious sandwich along with lettuce and delicious sauce. The freshness of ALL ingredients is absolutely on par. I am going to just say it, as a lifetime Tucsonian, I have never no do I think I will, find a better chicken sandwich in this town. It's a slow burn, you don't get hit with how spicy it is until a few moments after you take a bite or bites.
