But seriously, if you are out this way, this Circle K is decent. It's not the cleanest, but it's not the dingiest, either. Like other Circle K's, it could use some cleaning up to keep up with the shiny new QT's in town. The prices are still competitive even though there's not a ton of gas options until you get to Broadway. The snack/drink selection is as good as any run of the mill Circle K. The clientele is questionable sometimes, unfortunately. Mostly normal folks, but there's been at least two occasions when we've seen people dressed in all red. We're not talking about little old ladies in red hats (I believe they're called the Red Hat Society). Unfortunately, we're talking about stereotypes here, and these red individuals look like gang types (and I'm a former social worker who has worked in impoverished areas, so I'm decent at spotting this type of person). It's slightly concerning, but we've been here dozens of times, and we've only noticed this twice. So we still go to this Circle K, but with wider eyes. Whew, this review got longer than I wanted it to be. Here's my wrap up. Overall, it's just another Circle K.

No one was open slightly before 5am so I ran across the street to the 7eleven for a phone but it the payphone wasn't working and it they were no help. I looked across the street and noticed the light on and someone inside the Shell, so I ran back across the street. The guy working there was very nice and let me use the store phone and his personal cell as well. He also made me a paper cup to put water in since I was thirsty. I talked with him most of the time I waited for the tow. I just think it is very important to have such nice employees at a business even if it isn't necessary I didn't even use the business. I hope anyone reading this will bring them more business because they are so nice and he talked about when this location was a Chevron. Both are quality gas. I also hope nicer things are in his future as he doesn't make much in this position but he is waiting for the increase in minimum wage:)

They were discussing a phone conversation one of them had. Completely unresponsive to the situation of customer service. I had to get their attention. I was informed that the sandwich was only available to order on the computer screen after 10AM, it was 09:57. My hypothesis was, take the order, make the sandwich while I waited for the food to be cooked. This would secure the order and my continued patronage of the place. I was told I need to wait 3 minutes to order, then I could order. Odd, every other grilled cheese sandwich was available to order 'on the computer screen ' just not the one I wanted. I waited until 4pm to call management, to ensure I wasn't just having a moment. The "acting" manager didn't understand my complaint. Yeah, Done. I won't even buy gas here any longer. It doesn't change that the employees are highly respectable to the customers. The one down on luck customer that was at the cashier...The employee waited literally 6 minutes for him to count out his $4.62 in change. He didn't sigh. He didn't rush him. He didn't even side eye him . That says a lot about humanity. You can tell that they put some thought into how to remodel the store and make it more appeasing for customers. The gas pumps can also be a crapshoot as well if you go early enough, since a lot of contractors like to come here on the way to their job sites for the day. The customer service here rocks! Everybody here is professional and courteous. I always feel like I am welcome in the store. Big shout out to the people at the little food service desk. Unlike most fast food restaurants, I have never failed to get an order that was accurate and delivered within a decent amount of time.

There was limited parking and we saw some cars parked alongside the Denny's. We decided to park there since there was no sign that says no parking and the curb was not red. After the show, we came back to realize our car was gone. The workers at Shell called a Tow Truck to remove our car. The service they used brought it to a facility that is not open on weekends. We live in Phoenix and now we have to wait until Monday (it's Saturday) to get our car back, and the workers at Shell simply did not care less. We explained our situation and they just yelled back saying they didn't care. Terrible customer service, and truly just the worst human beings I have ever met.
