She was so patience, and very nice. but my insurance didn't have contract with them. The second time I stopped there was last Friday, because my glasses had been hit by something, and the shape changed little, and not balanced well on both sides legs. She adjusted it, and cleaned it very well including the pads, which I even asked to clean. My glasses is multi focus, after she adjusted it, I see things even more better than ever, I can see a lot better then before. I am so happy, and strong recommend the place.

I have never encountered such rude receptionists. I encountered 2, dark haired was the one that did the talking, the light red haired one just stared at me with this bland, bored expression on her face. Terrible customer service, your front desk are basically the ambassadors of your business. Hopefully you can find somebody better. I sure won't be back and I will inform others.

This office has all of the latest equipment and he was super patient through all my unsure answers (Dr. B: "Number 1, or Number 2?" Me: "um... could you do that again?"). After getting a new prescription and testing out some contacts, he sent me home with a bunch of trials that would tide me over until I could get the full year contacts ordered. They also have a great glasses selection - I could have picked out at least 6 different pairs that I would have been happy with! Overall, a great experience and I have definitely recommended them to my friends and family.

Another great visit!!…read more The arm(bridge) broke on my glasses. Michael was able to order a set of new frames for less that I had paid for the original pair. He also switched the arm from a matching pair of sunglasses I had purchased. He then straightened the reassembled frames. All in about 30mins. In a week the new frames will come arms will be switched back. I always deal with friendly and competent staff here at Vision of Washington!!

My vision has been much worse in the last year or so, so I finally bit the bullet and scheduled a refraction at Town Center Eye. Dr. Hamilton was fantastic! We chatted for a bit, and he took time to understand my eyes. He's the only optometrist I've had who explained why my vision might be getting worse and how exactly he planned to correct it. He spent a good amount of time really dialling in my prescription and assessing my visual processing. He was personable and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend him! The front of the office was also very helpful and knowledgeable. They jumped right to helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. They have a nice selection of frames.

Amanda told me that my insurance covered the entire price, except for the cost of tier 3 anti-glaring/scratch at $120. (strike ONE) Now, I was thinking, what's the point of paying high premiums for great insurance if I still have to fork over $120 plus tax? Plus, I knew the add-on of tier 3 is optional. So, I threw out, "Why do I have to pay for the $120, tier 3? Can't I just get my glasses without that extra cost?" She said, I "had to pay for it." (strike TWO) So, to get this straight because I didn't want to misinterpret; I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt before going on Yelp, I said, "Is this cost unavoidable? Is it compulsory." She said, yes. (strike THREE) At that point, I said, wow, Amanda really is trying to scam me for a commission. So, I made eye contact with her and 'asked' in a way she would know I knew, "Why can't I go tier 1 and pay $32?" (you're outta here!!!!) Her response: "Uhh, you can." WORD OF WARNING. When we finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed and careless. I did not feel confident in the results at all, and I left worried that my child's prescription might not even be correct. When I immediately asked to cancel the glasses order the same day, I was flatly refused with no clear explanation. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times the same day and again the next day, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. As a parent, being ignored when you are concerned about your child's vision is unacceptable. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I trusted this clinic with my child's eye care and left feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I would never return and strongly warn other parents to look elsewhere.

Silver Lake ECC was able to get me in quickly and were ready for me upon my arrival. The tech who did the initial scans was helpful, polite, and thorough. Then my time with Dr. Tan was also fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I understood every aspect of my diagnosis with no sense of urgency or pressure. Lastly, they had a nice variety of frames from which to choose my new sets of glasses, ranging from moderate to fairly expensive. If you're looking for cheap in this department, I'd recommend Costco, but I wanted something stylish and lasting with new, progressive-lens technology. Again, there was no pressure to purchase there, but my frame selection and fitting processes were polite, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a new eye doctor, and wish I had switched sooner. Kudos on a great team, from front of office, all the way through the process.
