He was super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and honest (how often does that happen in business?), and gave me the clearest vision I've had since I was a child, bar none. The exam was quick and easy, without the dreaded limbo. You know what I mean? "2... 1.... no 2... uh, can you go back to 1? 2 again?" I could clearly tell the difference between the lenses in all but a few circumstances, and those took all of a few seconds to resolve. I typically leave my options open even when I find world-class practitioners, but a 30-year search ended today. I've found my optometrist for life.

I am truly upset and disappointed with our experience at Eye Doctors of Everett. This visit was for…read moremy child, and from start to finish it was extremely frustrating and stressful. Even with a scheduled appointment, we waited over 45 minutes, and the front desk staff was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic. When we finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed and careless. I did not feel confident in the results at all, and I left worried that my child's prescription might not even be correct. When I immediately asked to cancel the glasses order the same day, I was flatly refused with no clear explanation. What made this even worse was the complete lack of communication afterward. I called multiple times the same day and again the next day, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. As a parent, being ignored when you are concerned about your child's vision is unacceptable. This experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I trusted this clinic with my child's eye care and left feeling unheard, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. I would never return and strongly warn other parents to look elsewhere.

The surgery process was smooth and well-performed by the entire staff. Dr. Lueth was encouraging and informative throughout the entire procedure, and I had zero worries. I am still in the healing process, but I can already see much better than I ever could before. I was late to my appointment, and instead of being offered to reschedule, I was rushed into my appointment. The staff said they were "doing me a favor" by letting me still be seen, but I've never been treated so harshly at this eye clinic. This was after me apologizing for being late and even agreeing to do the additional (and out of pocket) OptoMap photos to speed up the appointment. If my late arrival was such a burden to the schedule, I would've rather just rescheduled.
